本研究主要目的為探討國軍精簡後,國軍副食品供應單位員工的組織變革認知、工作壓力與組織承諾之闗係。本研究對國軍副食品供應單位所屬成員進行問卷調查,並藉由SPSS套裝軟體作因素分析、信度分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及複迴歸分析等,來驗證假設。 本文之研究結果發現,在性別與服務年資上,組織變革認知有顯著的差異;在教育程度與服務年資上,組織承諾有顯著的差異。在組織變革認知對組織承諾影響上,「參與溝通認知」對「認同承諾」、「努力承諾」及「留職承諾」上皆有顯著的正向影響。在工作壓力對組織承諾影響上,「參與溝通認知」對「認同承諾」、「努力承諾」及「留職承諾」上皆有顯著的正向影響。
The purpose of the research mainly is to investigate the relationships of the cognition of organizational change, job stress, and organizational commitment of the employees of the units of military non-staple food supply after the Jingjin Program. The employees of the units of military non-staple food supply were surveyed and SPSS Program was used for the factor analysis, the reliability analysis, the t-test, the single-factor analysis of variance, and the multiple regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The results of the research are: 1.The gender and the working years are significantly related to the cognition of organizational change; the education and the working years are significantly related to the organizational commitment. 2.The identification commitment, making-effort commitment, and remaining commitment are significantly affected by the cognition of participation communication. 3.The identification commitment, making-effort commitment, and remaining commitment are significantly affected by the interpersonal relationship stress.
