齒輪減速機通常以聯軸器連結於原動機與工作母機之間,主要用途係在減少原動機之動力損失下,將動力輸出至工作母機,並降低原動機之輸入轉速以提高輸出扭矩,因為長時間在重負載工作狀態下,減速機內部機械元件如齒輪、軸承及轉軸容易產生破壞及疲勞失效,加上多級減速、重負載減速機系統之力學分析模型建構過程繁雜,欲以手動驗算各機械元件之強度及壽命常需耗費大量檢驗及計算時間,故需借助商用齒輪系統設計軟體輔助建立模型及分析,對於計算結果之合理性少有研究去進行檢驗和評估。故本文應用商用機械系統設計軟體KISSsoft建立一組業界用於軋鋼機之大模數四級齒輪減速機系統之分析模型及程序,以快速地獲得各齒輪軸之撓度、危險截面安全係數、齒輪對之齒面接觸及齒根彎曲安全係數、及各支撐軸承之使用壽命;此外,為了驗證KISSsoft之計算結果,本文依據力學、機械設計及齒輪標準建立驗算程序及數學式,以手動輔以數值程式計算檢驗KISSsoft計算結果之正確性。最後,以驗證過之KISSsoft齒輪減速機模型計算結果比較範例,並針對強度及壽命不足之處給予設計改良及建議方案,以供業界作為齒輪減速機開發後用以評估及檢視設計強度及傳動性能之參考依據。
The gear speed reducer is usually placed between the prime mover and machine tools and connected by the coupling. Its main purpose is to deliver the power to electric motor by reducing the power loss of prime mover, and reduce the input speed of prime mover in order to increase the output torque. Long hours and high work load are likely to cause damage and fatigue failure of the internal mechanical components of the reducer such as gears, bearings and shafts. Also, the construction of mechanical analysis model for multi-stage deceleration high work load reducer system is a very complex process, and it takes a lot of testing and calculation time to manually verify the strength and the life of mechanical components. Therefore, it is desired to adopt the commercial gear system design software to assist the model construction and analysis. However, there are very few studies on inspection and evaluation for the accuracy of calculation results. Therefore, in this work we apply the commercial gear system design software KISSsoft to establish a set of analysis model and procedures of large-module Four stage gear speed reducer system for the industrial use in the rolling mill to quickly obtain all gear shaft deflections, safety factors of dangerous sections, tooth contact of gear pairs, root bending safety factors, and the life of all support bearings. Also, in order to verify the calculation results of KISSsoft, in this work we establish the evaluation procedures and mathematical models according to mechanics, mechanical design and gear standards and manually calculate and verify the reliability of the KISSsoft calculation results with the help of numemrical programs. Finally, the calculation results from the KISSsoft gear speed reducer model are verified and suggestions for improving strength and life are given as a reference for the industry in assessing and examining the design strength and drive performance for the development of a gear speed reducer.
