摘要

科技產業為因應資訊產品快速更新、變化與生命週期的縮短，必須建立快速反應之供應鏈系統，才能獲得競爭優勢，研發與製造能力的提升，則是最具關鍵。回覆與產品變化性大的壓力以及相同產業的競爭，產品詢價作業須考量快速、及時以及受市場價格波動影響等因素。為因應經營環境的變遷，及時性客戶報價機制的設置，並整合企業相關資源，規劃出以流程化、知識化、系統化為基礎之資訊系統，成為建立競爭優勢的重要一環。本研究以知識基礎規劃內部作業整體流程，並以營業報價作業為導入資訊系統規劃，設計成本知識基礎資料庫、知識與系統分析及決策模式之報價管理系統程式。利用建構之報價管理系統，導入石英震盪器報價作業之個案，作為相關產業作業系統建構之參考，達成知識管理應用之效果。

As information rapidly developed and product life cycle shortened, high-tech enterprises must learn quick response for customer requirements with product change trends. Regarding to the establishment of competitive advantage, an efficient quotation system implies to involve market changes in prices. A high-tech enterprise quotation system must quickly respond all the product cost and integrate business resources as an information system fulfilled with processing, knowledgeable, and systematic functions. By using knowledge-based as the planning tool of internal operational processes, this study introduces information systems planning for quotations in the aspect of cost knowledge database, and relevant systems such analysis, statistics, and decision makings. A high-tech enterprise of quartz oscillator manufacturing firm is implemented to demonstrate the proposed quotation systems. Results for the case implementation are not only useful for solving the similar problems of quartz oscillator produce activities but also capable for other enterprises in quotation operations.
