近年來國人的生活水準提高,對休閒遊憩的活動需求亦逐漸提升,尤其自2001年開始實行週休二日制,增加了國人休閒旅遊的觀光頻率。目前台灣的休閒遊憩產業競爭激烈,加上國人對休閒活動的服務品質愈來愈重視,因此有關「顧客至上」、「以客為尊」的理念,一直是服務業所秉持的基本原則,具有優良的服務品質是休閒農牧場經營的關鍵之鑰,提供顧客滿意之服務內容,才能吸引顧客前來參觀消費,因此經營者應將提升服務品質視為企業經營的策略之一。 現今休閒農牧場林立,若經營者缺乏專業領導,可能造成農產品無特色或同業間彼此同質性差異不大,無法顯現出自身農牧場的特色或口碑。因此,本研究以花蓮縣瑞穗牧場為例,探討休閒農場的服務品質、遊客滿意度及之間的關聯性,以促進農場服務品質的提升。本研究結果指出: 一、瑞穗牧場遊客以女性、未婚、21~30歲、學生、大專學歷、個人月收入20,001~40,000元、 居住東部者居多。 二、瑞穗牧場遊客服務品質與滿意度屬中上程度 三、不同背景的瑞穗牧場遊客服務品質與滿意度有部分差異。 四、瑞穗牧場遊客服務品質與滿意度具正相關。 據上述研究結果,本研究欲暸解花蓮瑞穗牧場之服務品質及遊客滿意度情形外,也期望將調查結果與建議提供相關業者做參考。
Recently with advanced living standards, the need for recreational acitivites has gradually increased. Especially since the implement of five-day workweek in 2001, the traveling frequency also surged. Nevertheless, the severe competition in the hospitality industry and emphasizing care for service quality has made the concepts of customer first and customer orientation become the basic principles of service. Good service quality is also the key to the operation of recreational farms and ranches. Providing satisfying service is vital to attract tourist arrivals and stimulate consumption. Therefore, this research investigated the attitude of tourists toward the service quality of Rareseed Ranch in Hualien. The results showed as follows: 1. The majority of Rareseed Ranch tourists were female, single, youth, with high educational level, lower middle income, and from eastern Taiwan. 2. The service quality and tourists’ satisfaction of Rareseed Ranch were above the averge. 3. The partial demographics of tourists showed significant differences in the attitudes toward service quality and satisfaction of Rareseed Ranch. 4. Service quality and tourists’ satisfaction of Rareseed Ranch were positively correlated. Based on the results, this research revealed the service quality and tourists’ satisfaction of Rareseed Ranch. Suggestions were also proposed to relevant industry managers.
