以竹編層為副心板之竹合板性質研究

A Study on the Plyboo with Bamboo Weaved Cross Bond

摘要


在環保議題倍受關注的時代,竹材的應用是一種很好的天然資源材料,它不僅生長速度快、生長期3-6年便能成材,是具有高經濟價值的植物,因此,越來越多人利用竹材作為開發新材料的原料。但由於竹材本身呈中空圓管狀,所以使用上比木材較不易,而伴隨著科技的發達,促使竹材加工技術有所成長。為了增加使用上的方便,將竹材開發成板料作為後續使用,是目前最為普遍的方式,因此本研究將利用竹材製作竹合板,增其加利用價值,以利未來竹產業的發展。 本研究為了保留竹材本身特殊的優美紋理和強度,選擇竹旋切單板與竹編板作為此次開發竹合板的主要原料,並將測其膠合剪力與抗彎強度。實驗內容有膠合劑種類對竹合板的影響、佈膠量及熱處理對竹合板的影響、疏編副心板種類對竹合板強度的影響及密編副心板的竹合板強度性質,首先將了解常用的TⅡ、EVA、Epoxy、RPF膠合劑應用於竹合板的性能,其結果顯示膠合剪力以RPF>Epoxy>EVA>TII,而抗彎強度以TII>RPF>EVA>Epoxy,其中,RPF與Epoxy從竹破率來看,因膠合劑本身強度大於竹單板本身,加上成本較高,故以商用角度來看並不適用;而TII膠合力過低,所以比較膠合劑種類測得結果以EVA膠合劑做為竹合板膠合劑較為適用。 接下來是測其適合佈膠量,將EVA膠合劑分別以150 、 、 的佈膠量測試其性能,結果顯示不論膠合剪力或抗彎強度在0.05水準上並沒有顯著性的差異,因此為了符合經濟成本,後續研究將選擇佈膠量較少的150 作為實驗條件。 再來是疏編竹編板種類對竹合板強度的影響,測試竹合板內加入兩層疏編竹編板是否增強竹合板的強度,結果顯示,除了竹破率與彈性模數的部分沒有達符合CNS11671膠合剪力與抗彎強度標準外,其他部分則有達到CNS11671膠合剪力與抗彎強度的檢測標準。 為了竹合板能達CNS11671結構用合板的規定,將竹合板內加入的兩層疏編竹編板改成密編方式做試驗,結果顯示,在浸水試驗後得到膠合剪力0.72 MPa(國際單位MPa = N/mm2),竹破率52 %,破壞模數107.06 MPa,彈性模數6549.86 MPa的結果,此結果已達CNS11671合板膠合剪力與抗彎強度的試驗規定。 承接以上研究結果,以本研究所製成的竹合板不但保有竹本身的優美紋理,表面還具有規律且凹凸不平的竹編質感,因此,除了將竹合板做出符合CNS11671規定的竹合板外,也將其運用製作產品的曲面板上。

In order to keep the characteristic of bamboo, bamboo veneer and bamboo weaveing were used to make the plyboo. This material reinforced with bamboo weaving(open type and closed type) in this study was tested the shearing strength and bending strength. To investigate test the effect of adhesives, glue spreading, heat-treated bamboo. The valuse of shearing strength was RPF> Epoxy> EVA> TII. Bending strength was TII>RPF>EVA>Epoxy. The bamboo failures both plyboo with RPF and Epoxy were 100%. And the costs of RPF and Epoxy adhesives were higher than others. The shearing strength of TII was too weak, it was not good enough to use. EVA adhesive was selected to investigate the effects glue spreading on the strength of plyboo. Condition of glue spredings. are 150, 250 and 350 g/m2. Both valus of shearing strength and bending strength were no significantly different among glue spredings. The glue spreding of 150 g/m2 was usrd to make plyboo with cross bond. In the test of mixed in bamboo weaving(open type), we mixed two layers of bamboo weaving in the plyboo. It shows the results that bamboo failure and bending MOE were not mest ther standard of CNS11671. But the other properties of plyboo with cross bond were meat the standards. To changing the bamboo weaving of open type to closed type for meat the standard of CNS11671. The results showed shearing strength was 0.72 MPa, the bamboo failure was 52 %, after the plyboo soaked in water , bending MOR was 107.06 MPa, bending MOE was 6549.86 MPa. In this study plyboo with bamboo wearing was not only kept the feature of bamboo, but also meat the standard of CNS11671. And it will be used in fabricated the products with shell in the future.
