多種室內環境多溴聯苯醚調查之研究

The study of investigating polybrominated diphenyl ethers in various microenvironments

摘要


目前市面上最廣泛使用的阻燃劑為添加型的多溴聯苯醚 (Polybrominated diphenyl ethers, PBDEs),PBDEs廣泛添加在日常用品中,電視、電腦或手機、防火建材中 (窗簾、地毯)。PBDEs的化學特性具高親脂性、低揮發性、持久不易降解之特性,易藉由生物濃縮或生物累積於生物體的脂肪當中,也因其特性逐漸受到關注。PBDEs被大量添加在各種產品中,致使室內環境中亦存在高濃度的PBDEs。本次研究共收集46個樣本,使用高解析氣相層析質譜儀 (HRGC/HRMS) 分析14種PBDEs濃度,並將後續測得知數據進行統計分析 (SPSS 18.0)。本次研究結果顯示14種PBDEs平均濃度最高的為無塵室 (33565 ng/g),其次為辦公室 (2566 ng/g) ,最後為家醫 (1291 ng/g) 與牙醫診所 (736 ng/g),各個場所中14種PBDEs同構物中皆以十溴聯苯醚為主要貢獻者,其次為BDE-206等高溴數族群,但在無塵室與家醫診所的貢獻比例較為不一樣。最後本研究利用Spearman與Mann-Whitney等統計工具探討其差異性,診所內電腦數量與BDE-100 (p=0.026)、BDE-99 (p=0.038) 三種同構物呈相關性,而Mann-Whitney部分僅家醫診所與牙醫診所沒有差異性相關,其餘呈現差異性相關 (p<0.05與p<0.01)。但目前市面上仍以PBDEs為主要的阻燃劑,故持續監測,有其必要性。

Currently the most widely used flame retardants on the market for add-type PBDEs (Polybrominated diphenyl ethers, PBDEs), PBDEs are widely added to everyday products, television, computers or mobile phones, fireproof building materials (curtains, carpets). Chemical properties of PBDEs with highly lipophilic, low-volatile, durable resistant to degradation of characteristics, easy to be bioconcentration or bioaccumulation in organisms fat which is also growing interest in its properties. PBDEs are a large amount in a variety of products, resulting in an indoor environment is also the presence of high concentrations of PBDEs. The study collected 46 samples, using high-resolution gas chromatography mass spectrometry (HRGC/HRMS) analysis of 14 kinds of PBDEs concentration, and that the subsequent measurement data for statistical analysis (SPSS 18.0). The study showed that 14 kinds of PBDEs highest average concentration for cleanroom (33565 ng/g), followed by the office (2566 ng/g), and finally home health (1291 ng/g) and dentists (736 ng/g), 14 kinds of PBDEs in various places with structures for the tailor deca-BDE as the main contributor, followed by BDE-206 high bromine number of ethnic groups, but in a clean room with a family medical clinic proportional contribution is more different. Finally, this study, Spearman and Mann-Whitney statistical tools to explore the differences, Clinic number of computers and BDE-100 (p=0.026), BDE-99 (p=0.038) were related to the three co-planar, while only part of Mann-Whitney family medical clinic and dental clinic no differences related to the remaining differences in presentation related (p<0.05 and p<0.01). However, the current market is still the main flame retardants PBDEs, so continuous monitoring, its necessity.
