臺灣位於環太平洋地震帶上,時常受到地震災害的威脅,且由921 地震勘查結果顯示部分校舍結構耐震能力堪慮,大多數校舍均有耐震 能力不足及不符合現有耐震規範設計之要求,以政府目前的財政狀 況,改善的進度實在無法趕上老舊校舍產生的速度,因此,如何在有 限的補助經費,進行危險校舍改善工程實為縣市政府目前重要的課 題。 本研究主要介紹舊有校舍耐震評估與補強之實務作法,再藉由實 際耐震案例說明,作一完整的介紹,以供學校、工程各界參考之用。 本文的既有校舍耐震能力評估,是以結構物各桿件之實際尺寸, 材料性質及斷面配筋進行分析。並針對其耐震能力不足之處,提供結 構物耐震補強的方法與建議,期許在未來能作為耐震補強工作之參 考。 關鍵字:學校建築 、 耐震評估 、 修復補強。
The Contents of Abstract in this thesis: Taiwan is located in circum-Pacific seismic belt, often under the threat of earthquake and seismic prospecting results from the 921 part of the building structural seismic capacity worthy of consideration, most of the seismic capacity of school buildings are inadequate and do not meet current seismic code requirements and design requirements to the Government The current financial position, improve the progress of the old school really can not catch up with the speed of production, therefore, how the limited grant funds to conduct risk school works in the county and city governments for the important issue at present. - III - This study describes the old school practice Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of practice, and then by the actual seismic case illustrates, for a complete description for the school, all reference works. This article is a campus seismic capacity assessment of structures based on the actual size of each link, material properties and section analysis of reinforcement. And capacity for its seismic deficiencies, provide structure seismic retrofit methods and suggestions, expectations in the future serve as a reference for seismic retrofit work.
