以側推分析法探討既有校舍之耐震能力及補強對策研擬

臺灣位於環太平洋地震帶上，時常受到地震災害的威脅，且由921 地震勘查結果顯示部分校舍結構耐震能力堪慮，大多數校舍均有耐震能力不足及不符合現有耐震規範設計之要求，以政府目前的財政狀況，改善的進度實在無法趕上老舊校舍產生的速度，因此，如何在有限的補助經費，進行危險校舍改善工程實為縣市政府目前重要的課題。本研究主要介紹舊有校舍耐震評估與補強之實務作法，再藉由實際耐震案例說明，作一完整的介紹，以供學校、工程各界參考之用。本文的既有校舍耐震能力評估，是以結構物各桿件之實際尺寸，材料性質及斷面配筋進行分析。並針對其耐震能力不足之處，提供結構物耐震補強的方法與建議，期許在未來能作為耐震補強工作之參考。關鍵字：學校建築、耐震評估、修復補強。

This article is a campus seismic capacity assessment of structures based on the actual size of each link, material properties and section analysis of reinforcement. And capacity for its seismic deficiencies, provide structure seismic retrofit methods and suggestions, expectations in the future serve as a reference for seismic retrofit work.
