服務導向架構於兒童職能治療服務模式創新之可行性探索

摘要

兒童職能治療是一門協助學習發展及感覺統合遲緩的兒童，使其有獨立能力從事日常生活活動的專業。職能治療師在面對個案時，會透過特殊設計的遊戲活動使個案藉由活動過程的刺激進行矯正，以提升其日常生活的能力及生活品質。發展遲緩兒童在求助職能治療時，現行的評估、診斷及治療的服務方式極度依賴職能治療師，其過程非常耗時也相當耗費職能治療師的體力。由於近幾年求助於職能治療的兒童人數有增加的趨勢，而國內兒童職能服務資源卻相對有限，致使求助於職能治療的兒童不易得到快速又適宜的服務品質。為解決上述問題，本研究以資訊系統設計理論為指引，發展以服務導向架構為基礎的兒童職能治療服務模式，期使有限資源做效率化的應用。在模式中，本研究將可軟體化的服務資源及實體的服務資源型塑為網路服務，使資源在分散式的網路環境中能彈性組合及遠端近取以形成動態活動流程。本研究並且實作植基於服務導向架構的兒童職能治療服務雛型系統，對該系統進行模擬實驗，探討系統的服務模式與傳統服務模式的差異與效益及其在創新兒童職能治療服務模式之可行性。本研究的結論為所提出之服務導向架構兒童職能治療服務模式具有極大潛力可用以創新兒童職能治療服務模式並有待進行實際的實驗以驗證之。

Pediatric occupational therapists (POT) serve as specialists to develop customized therapies for the slow learning children or sensory integration disordered children. The therapies are developed to enhance the children's independent daily living and learning abilities and to improve their life qualities. Owing to the limited therapy resources, the slow learning children usually are not able to access quick and suitable therapy services. To address the aforementioned problem, this study follows the guidelines of the information system design theory to develop the SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) based POT service model. The model is expected to enable more efficient utilization of limited POT resources. In the service model, this study formulates the therapy resources, including the theory-based and software-definable resources and the physical resources, into Web Services. The resources thus can be accessible and composable in the distributed Internet environment and then be used to form dynamic service process. This study finally implements a prototype service system based on the model and carries out one experiment on it to explore not only the differences between the developed and the traditional service model but also the feasibility of the developed model. This study concludes that the developed SOA based POT service model has great potential to innovate the traditional service model and it is suggested to be further evaluated by field experiments.
