稻穀產量田間自動量測系統之開發

Developing Automatic System for Rice Yield Measurement on Field

摘要


為訂定糧價、穩定糧價、確保國內糧食的供需平衡,行政院農業委員會農糧署,目前仍以人工坪割的方式來調查台灣一期及二期稻作的產量;然而各分署辦事處的作業人員,在調查稻榖產量的作業上,接連衍生出種種的問題亟需解決,有鑒與此,農糧署便委由敝校進行水稻產量田間自動量測技術與裝置的開發。本研究以專案管理的角度來自行開發以下裝置:1.田間濕穀全重量測裝置2.田間收穫面積量測裝置3.稻穀單粒含水率量測裝置4.稻穀容積重自動量測裝置5. GPS衛星定位行車記錄裝置,整合這五大裝置即構成完整的稻榖產量田間自動量測系統,本系統透過衛星定位行車記錄裝置,可完整記錄聯合收穫機於田間作業的影像,透過裝置所儲存的GPS軌跡紀錄檔案,結合Google Earth地理資訊查詢系統,即可統計全台灣各地區的稻穀生產量;系統搭載配有油壓吊桿舉升裝置的專用貨車,以聯合收穫機全割濕榖的方式,來進行田間稻榖生產量的調查作業,以這樣的模式便可徹底解決現階段人工坪割,人力資源負擔超荷的狀況。

In order to set and stabilize the price of the rice, and to ensure domestic grain supply and demand can be balanced. Agriculture and Food Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan surveyed the first period and the second period rice production with manual plain cutting in Taiwan still now. By the way, however, many difficulties happen seriously, and it must to be resolved urgently. To resolve these difficulties, Agriculture and Food Agency commissioned National Pingtung University of Science and Technology to advance automatic measurement technology on filed rice production and equipment development case. With a project management point of view in this study, the first is self-developed measurement device of the whole weight in the field wet rice. The second is field harvested area measurement device. The third is a single rice moisture measurement device. The fourth is the capacity weight automatic measuring device. The fifth is GPS satellite positioning and driving record devices.Consisted the five devices is to complete whole rice yield automatic measurement system on field. This system through the installation of GPS track can complete record and combine the harvester to operate and show the vision on field. It can link Google Earth geographic information query system to calculate the production of rice in Taiwan every area. The system is equipped with a hydraulic boom lift device with exclusive trucks, the officers of Agriculture and Food Agency can advance and investigate the rice production by combing the harvester to cut wet grain on field.
