連結器接腳平面度視覺檢測系統之開發

摘要


本文研究目的在於開發一套低成本、易操作、高精密度外觀尺寸檢測系統,針對連結器接腳的平面度進行檢測,運用機器視覺、影像處理等技術進行物件進行檢測。檢測項目是連結器的接腳,檢測腳位高度變化來判定其平面度。 此實驗的架構可區分為:彈簧定位銷模組、CCD攝影機、打光系統以及自行開發的量測軟體。彈簧定位銷模組接觸連結器腳位藉此量測腳位高度位置,可定位出引腳分散在各個平面度位置,CCD攝影機採取映像,並精密的量測出其引腳平面度。其功能可達到重現性0.002mm 以及準確性 0.012mm,量測後可以達到業界所要求,增進量測時的準確性及縮短量測時間與減少人力資源。

This study aimed to develop a surface measuring system which with low prime cost, easy to operate and high precision. It applied the vision of machines, image processing and other technologies to measure the length of a flat by the connector lead height. The measure item was used the lead height to measure the height of the foot and to determine what the length of a flat. This framework of experiment could be separated into four sections: the model of located pin spring, the CCD video camera, lighting system and self-developing measurement software. The model of located pin spring was touched the connector lead height to measure the location of the foot stature And it could located the lead height which dispersed to any flats. The CCD video camera could photo the image and could measure the flat of the lead height precisely. This function could be repeated in 0.002mm and 0.012mm accuracy. It could reach the requests of the proprietors after measuring to increase the accurate in measurement, shorten the measure time and reduce the human resource.
