本研究主要目的為開發一套以標準工時公式為基礎之排程資訊系統,希望解決實務上預估交貨時間上不準確的問題。當工廠接獲客戶訂單時,系統將針對工廠內所有訂單與相關標準工時進行初步排程,採先進先出排程準則,並且外加適當的寬放時間,及時計算交貨日期以供決策者參考。而後其訂單各個途程中工作站之實際開工與完工時間均需回報給系統,此時系統將重新計算預期開完工時間並且與交貨日期時間相比,若有延遲,該訂單則會出現延遲訊息,以提供決策者預先得知訊息並做有效處理。因此若擁有準確的標準工時及良好的製造現場控制(SFC)系統,就能掌控各訂單生產進度,並即時反應訂單延遲現象,為訂單即時達交的基礎。
The study aims to develop a scheduling information system which uses standard time as basis. The major purpose of the system is to solve the problems of inaccurately estimated the delivery time. The system accumulates all the related standard time and routing information for the orders and the delivery time is calculated instantly by adding appropriate allowance in first-in-first-out basis. The system will recalculate the estimated finish time for all orders when a workstation reports its starting time or finishing time. The newly estimated finish time for all orders will compare to their delivery times. The system will highlight the delay orders instantly to the management. Hence, a good estimated standard time and a well developed shop floor control system are basis to a factory with a good on-time delivery for their products.
