以標準工時為基礎之排程資訊系統

Production Scheduling System using Standard Time as basic

摘要


本研究主要目的是希望解決業界交貨期不準的問題,其方法是開發一套以標準工時為基礎的排程資訊系統。當接獲產品訂單時,系統透過現場所有訂單的標準工時進行初步排程,並外加合適的寬放,可迅速得到產品的交貨期。而生產現場需回饋所有訂單的實際開工與完工時間,當系統接獲實際開工與完工時間後即進行重新排程,若有延遲,可及早得知並做有效處理。最後透過模擬驗證可知準確的標準工時、即時的現場資訊回報及合適的寬放時間,是產品及時達交的基礎。

The major purpose of the study is try to solve the problem of manufacturer cannot delivery their products on time. A computer scheduling system based on standard time is developed in the study. The scheduling system can obtain delivery time rapidly of a new order according to standard time of all orders plus a suitable allowance. The production scene needs to feedback the starting time and finish time of all orders in order to re-scheduling all orders. Where there is a delay, there is a quick response from the system. Finally, a simulation validate that a fit standard time, a good production feedback system and an appropriate allowance are the basis for the products can achieve the goal of on time delivery.
