生產線在進行派工時通常是以標準工時為基準,儘量安排相近標準工時的工作至每一個工作站,因而達到生產線平衡的目的,這樣安排的生產線,並未考慮到生產線工作站數目多寡對生產績效的影響,因此本研究依四種不同生產線種類下進行實驗,探討與生產總值、產量、良品率、在製品量與配料次數之關係。四種生產線種類分別為單線、雙線、四線及六線生產線。每種生產線各有一個為配料作業員,其他則為組裝作業員。本研究共計召募108位屏科大學生參與實驗,每組人數皆為12人,每組均進行四種生產線種類之實驗(單線-12人一線、雙線-6人一線、四線-3人一線、六線- 2人一線)。實驗結果發現生產線種類的不同對生產總值、產量無顯著差異;就良品率而言,亦無顯著差異;而就在製品量之分析上,生產線之工作站數越多,產生的在製品量也越多。就配料次數而言,因六線生產線之配料員共有6名,使得配料次數為最多。
The dispatching rule for an assembly line is based on standard time. Jobs with similar standard time are accumulated in a work station in order to fulfill the purpose of assembly line balance. However, the numbers of work stations will affect the productivities in an assembly. Hence, the study conducted experiments with four different assembly lines. The effects on productions values, production quantities, yield rates, quantities of WIP are discuss in the study. The four different assembly lines are classified by one 12-people single line, two 6-people lines, four 3-people lines and 6 2-people lines. All lines are design for one operator helping to collect related materials. 108 students from NPUST are recruited in the study. 12 students in a group performed all 4 different assembly lines in the study. The study finds different assembly lines have no effects on production values, production quantities and yield rates. The WIP quantities are more in a assembly lines with more workstations. The number of times the operator to collect materials are more in a 2-people line.
