生產線平衡的研究文獻大多以設備的佈置及人員的派工為主題,而有關作業員的熟練度及在製品初始堆積量的討論並不多。也因此本研究專注在此議題,希望發現作業員的熟練度及在製品初始堆積量對於生產線中的產能、良率及在製品的影響,以提供產業作為參考。 本研究共募集八位研究生作為受試者,經測試後依產出速度來分成快手組及慢手組。依照不同的作業員熟練度來安排工作順序(快手在前或慢手在前)及不同水準的初始在製品堆積品等因子來進行實驗,觀察與探討其因果關係。 本研究經實驗後結果如下: 1、 以產能最大化為目標:將作業員中的慢手組安排在瓶頸工作站的前面生產,則會得到較多的產出。隨著初始在製品堆積量的增加,產能亦跟著增加。 2、 以良率最佳化為目標:安排作業員中慢手組在瓶頸工作站之前生產,則可得到最大的良率。 3、 最終在製品最小化:安排作業員中慢手組在瓶頸工作站之前生產,可得最少的最終製品堆積量。
Most papers related to production line balancing are focus on facility layout and dispatching operators. Few articles concentrated on workers proficiency and initial WIP. Hence, the study concentrated the issue of the impact that workers proficiency and initial WIP can affect the productivity, yield and final WIP. Eight graduate students are recruited in the study and separated them as quicker operators and slower operators from a preliminary test. Assigned their production sequence according to their proficiencies (quicker group first or slower group first) at different initial WIP levels and observed the relation between them. The study found some results as following: 1. Maximum productivity: Slower group are assigned before bottleneck workstation. As the increase initial WIP levels, the productivity also increase. 2. Optimal yield: A maximum yield is obtained if the slower group is assigned before bottleneck workstation. 3. Minimum final WIP: Minimum final WIP is acquired when we assign slower group before bottleneck workstation.
