農會總幹事領導風格對組織績效之影響-以屏東縣基層農會為例

摘要 學號:N9950016 總頁數:103 論文名稱:農會總幹事領導風格對組織績效之影響-以屏東縣基層農會為例 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學      系(所)別:農企業管理系 畢業時間及摘要別:100學年度第2學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:蔡松城   指導教授:彭克仲 博士 論文摘要內容: 近年來社會變遷快速,尤在金融市場自由化後,銀行如雨後春筍般四處林立,造成過去曾經是我國經濟發展的重要角色-農會,面臨著前所未有的挑戰,尤其發生金融風暴後,農會所隱藏的問題一一浮現,農會屬地域型機構擴展不易,已逐漸喪失競爭力,因此,農會必須要重新思考組織定位,謀求解決當前所面臨的困境,如此,才能確保農會永續經營,故本研究以屏東縣基層農會員工為研究對象,經描述性統計、信度檢定、因素分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析及迴歸路徑等方法進行分析,研究所得結果如下: 一、「不同婚姻者」與「領導風格」間具顯著之差異。 二、「不同服務年資者」與「領導風格」間具顯著之差異。 三、「不同教育程度者」與「組織績效」間具顯著之差異。 四、「不同服務部門」與「領導風格」間具顯著之差異。 五、領導風格對組織績效具顯著之影響力,且各構面間均呈現顯著正向關係。 本研究除了根據所得結果提出解釋,也提出以下建議。 一、與員工建立良好互動關係,強化員工工作認同。 二、訂定完善管理制度,鼓勵員工良性競爭,並激發員工工作潛能。 三、針對推廣股定期辦理座談,充份意見溝通,以提升對總幹事認知程度。 四、針對高中職程度之員工,於教育訓練課程中,增加管理課程。 五、鼓勵各基層農會總幹事應多參與「領導」或「潛能開發」課程。

Abstract Student ID: N9950016 Total page: 103 Title of thesis: A Study on the Influence of Leadership Style of General Managers of Farmers' Association upon Organizational Performance --A Case Study of Local Farmers' Associations in Pingtung County Name of Institute: Department of Agribusiness Management, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology Graduate date: June, 2012 Degree Conferred: Master Name of student: Tsai, Sung Cheng Adviser: Dr. Peng, Kechung The contents of abstract in this thesis: The farmers’ association which played an important role in promoting economic development of Taiwan is facing the unprecedented challenges since more and more banks have been built after the money market liberalization due to the rapid social changes in recent years. Many problems of farmers’ association emerged after the financial crisis. In particular, it is not easy for such regional and small organization as the farmers’ association to expand. The farmers’ association gradually lose its competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary for the farmers’ association to rethink its organization role to solve the predicament to ensure the sustainable management of farmers’ association. There were employees of the local farmers’ association in Pingtung County who were chosen to take the survey. The data collected were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Test, Factor Analysis, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Hierarchical Regression. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. Leadership style appeared significant difference in different marriages. 2. Leadership style appeared significant difference in different service years. 3. Leadership style appeared significant difference in different educational backgrounds. 4. Leadership style appeared significant difference in different sector lines. 5. Leadership style would have the significantly influence on organizational performance. Each dimension has a significant positive impact on each other. Some suggestions are proposed as follows in addition to explain the research finding. 1. The general manager should maintain good interactions with employees and strengthen the employees’ professional identity. 2. To enact the complete management system to improve the competitiveness of employees and to stimulate the working potential of employees. 3. To conduct the regular panel discussions for the Promotion Division for the full communication to improve their consciousnesses toward the general manager. 4. To add the Management Programs of the curriculum of educational training for employees having senior high or vocational school qualification. 5. To encourage the general managers of the local farmers associations to take part in “ leadership” or “potential development” programs..
