影響風徑區形狀參數之研究

A Study of Influenced Raceway on Shape Factor

摘要


本研究以實驗和模擬方法來預測高爐冷態風徑區的形狀。文中仔細研究在準二維以及三維1/64對稱面模型下,使用不同操作參數,來探討在不同的參數搭配下對於風徑區形狀與風徑區磁滯效應的影響。實驗結果顯示,鼓風嘴伸長量會因為邊緣(壁面)效應的影響而使風徑區深度產生變化,而鼓風嘴傾斜角度變化會造成風徑區位置改變,至於填料層高度變化會影響風徑區高、深度。然而,鼓風嘴高度亦會影響風徑區內部流場。研究也發現,運用高粱粒子實驗,往往會形成較大形狀的風徑區,這是因為高粱粒子會因為互相撞擊而碎裂,這些碎裂粒子會堵塞住風徑區的孔隙,導致風徑區尺寸比塑膠粒子的大。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the phenomena of shape in the blast furnace raceway. In this research, two dimensional and three dimensional model using different parameters to investigation for the shape of the raceway and the raceway hysteresis effect. In result, tuyere length make raceway change depth due to will effect. Tuyere tilted angle will change raceway location, as for height and depth of raceway is effected by the bed height. Tuyere height influences raceway internal fluid. It is shown that bigger shape blast furnace raceway is formed by making use of sorghum particle experiments. It is due to sorghum particle will break by hitting each other and broken particle cause an obstruction for blast furnace raceway porosity. Therefore, blast furnace raceway size is bigger than plastic particle.
