流道幾何形狀與導角對燃料電池的影響

摘要


本文之目的首先探討質子交換膜燃料電池(PEMFC,Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell)不同流道形狀下之比較,找出一較佳形狀後,進而討論兩種不同流道彎角的現象。 研究方法乃以計算流體力學之套裝軟體FLUENT來模擬不同流道形狀和流道轉彎處的現象,轉角處一為直角(retangular),一為完全導圓角(full round),研究中藉以不同的陽極輸入流率、不同的擴散層孔隙度以及不同的輸入溫度,來觀察比較流道內濃度、壓力的分布,以及對電流密度的影響。 模擬結果顯示溫度的提高以及孔隙的增大皆有助於電流密度的上升,而雷諾數的增大對電流的輸出並未有太大影響,但卻可延後濃度的消散。另一方面,在兩種不同流道彎角的情況下,顯示出直角的電流密度較導圓角的佳。

First,the purpose of this study is to investigate different channel shape,and find out better from them for cell,then to investigate and discuss phenomenon for two bending place of channel. The method of this study was used computational fluid dynamic software FLUENT to simulate the different channel shape and bending place of channel :one is rectangular;and the other is full round . Using different mass flow rate in the anode channel,different gas diffusion layer porosity and different temperature to observe and compare effect for the cell. The results of simulation reveal that enhance temperature and increase porosity can improve current density. The effect of increasing Reynold number is not huge to current density,but can make consumption of concentration delay. On the other hand,result reveals performance of rectangular bend channel is much better full round bend channel.
