論文題目:透水混凝土試體包覆材料對透水性試驗之影響 總頁數:52 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:土木工程系 畢業年月:2014年1月 學位別:碩士學位 研 究 生:余慶龍 指導教授:吳志興 博士 論文摘要內容: 本文以焚化爐底渣和氣冷高爐石為骨材,添加無機離子固化劑,以不同水灰比製作透水混凝土試體,然後依CNS 14995定水頭透水性試驗求其透水係數k。試體未拆模連同試驗模具置入飽和石灰水養護28天後,先以未拆模方式作透水性試驗。然後將試體拆模,分別以八種不同材料包覆試體,再置回原模具內作試驗,其試驗之k值與未拆模之k之值做比較,並以成對樣本t值來檢定二者是否有顯著差異,以評估該包覆材作透水性試驗之可行性。 試驗結果顯示,防油污保潔膜OPP及織布PE包覆不佳,顯示模具與包覆材之間有空隙,使滲流量增加、k值變大。PE發泡棉及防污清潔墊對水流有黏滯,造成k值明顯變小。其他4種包覆材皆可適用於透水性試驗,其中防水透明PC及軟性PE效果最佳,PE保鮮膜及HDPE高密度聚乙烯次之。至於無包覆材之試驗結果顯示,試體與模具之間確實有空隙存在。 關鍵字:透水混凝土、透水性試驗,透水係數、包覆材

Abstract Student ID:N9833018 Thesis:Effect of the Wrapped Materials of Pervious Concrete Specimen on the Permeability Test Total Pages:52 Name of Institute: National Pingtung University of Science Name of Department: Department of Civil Engineering Date of Graduation: January 2014 Degree Conferred: Master Name of Student:Ching-Lung Yu Adviser: Dr. Chi-Hsing Wu The Contents of Abstract in this Thesis: Thesis used incinerator bottom ashes and air-cooled slag as aggregates, by adding inorganic ions curing agent, to make pervious concrete specimens of different water-cement ratios, and then to find their permeability coefficients k according to CNS 14995 constant head permeability tests. Without removing the mould, each specimen, together with the testing mould, was cured in saturated lime water for 28 days. Firstly, the specimen was performed the permeability test without removing the mould. Then, removing the moulds, the specimen was wrapped with eight different materials respectively and placed back into the same mould to perform the test. Their test k values are compared with that of without removing the mould. The paired-samples t test is used to test if there is a significant difference between them, to assess the feasibility of the wrapping materials used for the permeability test. The test results showed that, the wrapping effect of anti-oil cleaning film OPP and woven fabric PE were not good. This showed that, there was gap between the mould and the wrapping material, resulting in increases of seepage discharge and the k value. PE foam and stain cleaning pad had viscous effect to water flow and caused the k values became significant smaller. The other four kinds of wrapping materials were all suitable used for the permeability tests. Among them, waterproof-transparent PE and soft PE were the best, PE saran wrap and HDPE high-density polyethylene followed. The test result of without wrapping materials showed, there indeed existed gap between the specimen and the mould.
