整車動態客觀評價與分析

摘要


汽車的操控穩定性與駕駛安全有很大的關聯性,因此操控穩定性已成為衡量汽車安全性一個重要的指標。因為汽車大部分的行駛條件為:高速且方向盤位於中立位置附近(稱為on-centering conering),亦即高速微幅轉彎狀態。因此,方向盤在中立位置附近轉向時之整車動態特性,為汽車各項動態特性中最重要的性能指標之ㄧ。 本研究目標為建立on-centering conering動態參數分析技術。研究採用四象限參數評價方法,以自行開發的電動車為測試平台,透過模擬與實車測試方式,建立完整的態參數分析技術,並找出影響整車操控穩定性的關鍵因素。研究工作包含整車動態模擬及實車動態參數量測兩大部分:首先,採用ADAMS軟體建構整車模型,進行整車車道變換模擬,以了解車道變換過程中各動態參數變化情形,提供實車動態量測之參考依據。實車測試方面,透過V-BOX車輛動態量測系統,以車道變換測試方式進行實測,擷取各項動態參數之時域資料,再轉換為頻域資料,進行訊號分析,以改善量測過程之雜訊影響。最後,經由頻域系統參數識別(System Identification)得到評價所需之關鍵參數。 本研究已建立實車動態參數量測技術,以及關鍵參數攫取方法。利用側向加速度、橫擺角速度、方向盤操作力矩,進行系統參數鑑別,獲得橫擺角速度響應之自然頻率、阻尼、及穩態增益,側向加速度響應之相位等四項參數。根據該四項參數在雷達圖所圍面積,可以評價動態性能,並且作為車輛設計之參考。

Vehicle design involves many compromises from the point of view of desired handling properties. The main trade off is between vehicle responsiveness to steering input and stability or predictability. To evaluate the handling performance of a multi-purpose micro electric vehicle (MEV), a process is developed in this thesis to acquire key parameters for evaluating handling properties of the MEV objectively. The main work consists of two parts: vehicle dynamic simulation and practically dynamic parameters measurement. In order to verify the accuracy of experimental measuring data, the ADAMS software is used to construct vehicle models and simulate impulse steer test. Moreover, the actual experiment data is recorded via the RACELOGIC VBOX device. The time-domain experiment data is converted as the frequency-domain data for Identifying system transfer functions, so as to get the key parameter value. With the developed method, the four parameters such as yaw rate gain, nature frequency as well as damping ratio of yaw rate response to steer input, and phase lag of lateral acceleration response to steer input can be easily obtained from experimental impulse steer test data. According to the four parameters plotted as a radar graph, we can analyze and evaluate the dynamic performance of the vehicle. The evaluation results have shown that the handling performance of the MEV is similar to some vehicle in the market.
