摘要


供應鏈管理是現代企業競爭的重要策略目標,採購是供應鏈管理的關鍵因素。以往採購人員評選供應商主要的評估準則以價格成本為主,現今還有其他如品質、交期、服務等評估準則項目。評選準則因不同評選人員對評估準則權重的分配而有所差異,這使得供應商評選結果充滿不確定性。本研究以模糊層級分析法(FAHP)建構自動化儲運系統零組件供應商評選準則、推算準則權重,達成快速且客觀的採購供應商評選。

Supply chain management is an important strategic goal of modern enterprise and procurement is a key factor in supply chain management. Procurement staff evaluation criteria previously selected primarily based on cost price, and now there are other evaluation criterias, such as quality, delivery and service performance. Because of the assessment of different weights assigned to evaluation criterias, and which makes the result of supplier selection is so inconsistency. In this study, the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (Fuzzy AHP) to build automated storage system components supplier selection criteria, calculate the weight, to achieve rapid and objective procurement vendor selection.
