應用模糊層級分析法於選擇大陸或越南投資設廠選評之研究 -依T公司為例
A study on factory location selection under fuzzy AHP -An example on T company
摘要
目前中國大陸及東南亞的越南為各國企業最主要的投資地方，自從越南加入WTO 之後，各種商業制度逐漸完善，再加上中國大陸實施勞動合同法及稅務變革後，使得不少各國企業紛紛撤離中國，轉移投資到越南。但投資越南會比中國大陸少風險嗎?投資本來就各有利弊及風險，端看投資人的觀點及需求而定。 本文以某公司的投資建廠案為例，考慮多方因素建立建廠評選方案的決策分析模型，並依模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process，FAHP)進行選評投資建廠方案及廠址選擇，協助個案公司高階主管等決策者，選評投資最佳廠址的選擇。 關鍵字：模糊層級分析法(FAHP)、決策分析、廠址選擇

Currently, China and Southeast Asia, Vietnam are the major invested place for Foreign enterprises.Since Vietnam's accession to WTO, Vietnam gradually improve various business systems.At the same time, Coupled with the implementation of the Labor Contract Law and tax reform in China, which caused many countries to evacuate Chinese enterprises have transferred to invest in Vietnam.Will the investment in Vietnam be less than the Chinese mainland at risk? Investment already have advantages and disadvantages and risks, investors see end of views and needs. Based on a company's investment in factories case as an example, consider the various factors analysis model to establish the plant. The company decision makers choose the best site assessment of investment choices according to Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP).
