摘要 學號:M10019006 論文題目:紙漿塑形技法及其藝品之開發 總頁數:79頁 學校名稱:國立屏東科技大學 系(所)別:木材科學與設計系 畢業時間及摘要別:102 學年度第二學期碩士學位論文摘要 研究生:林壽山 指導教授:藍浩繁教授 江吉龍副教授 論文摘要內容: 摘要 本研究即以紙漿塑形為主,探討以回收紙漿[回收舊報紙漿(ONP)與回收舊辦公室用紙漿(OOP)]為基材,應用造紙工業常用來增強紙張強度與紙張張力所使用的膠合劑,為乾強劑(聚丙烯醯胺樹脂,PAM)與濕強劑(聚醯胺-環氧氯丙烷樹脂,PAE),結合製備為塑形紙漿用料,予以取代傳統長期普遍使用的聚醋酸乙烯樹脂(PVAc乳膠),以增強紙漿塑形作品之強度,提升紙漿作品保存性。於漿板製程中添加聚醋酸乙烯樹脂(PVAc乳膠)、乾強劑(聚丙烯醯胺樹脂,PAM)與濕強劑(聚醯胺-環氧氯丙烷樹脂,PAE)混合的膠合劑,以10%、15%、20%的添加量製備漿板,並進行熟化處理,再經各項性質試驗,予以探討塑形漿料之應用性。 為提升紙漿素材性質前提下,並藉此提升塑造技法,不再只使用直塑技法隨興捏塑,由強化紙漿材質強度及硬度後,即可運用脫殼技法與模造技法加以應用塑造,設計開發創新雕塑藝術產品,讓紙漿塑形領域更加寬廣,以提供此塑造技法於廣大藝術工作者應用推廣。 硬度及抗彎強度以添加10%乾、濕強劑的漿板其強度均優於添加20%的PVAc漿板。吸水率方面以添加乾、濕強劑的吸水率在經過熟化處理後,其下降的幅度並不顯著但皆優於等比例的PVAc漿板。在對照組中添加乾、濕強劑的厚度膨脹率大約在20%左右,已顯著低膨脹率不需要再進行熟化處理。綜上顯示,塑形紙漿添加乾、濕強劑是優於添加PVAc。 紙漿塑形藝術啟發人類思索生命的本質,若能以有限的生命創造出無價的藝術品,誠屬難能可貴之創舉!然適時調整創作的步伐,應用科學驗證的紙漿塑材及塑形技法,提升擴展創作視野,將紙漿藝品塑形技法注入藝術工藝的領域。 關鍵詞:回收紙漿、膠合劑(乾、濕強劑)、塑形技法。

The new substance sample was used to enhance the strength of the paper and paper tension adhesive by using (polyacrylamide resin, PAM) and (polyamide - epichlorohydrin resins, PAE), to replace white glue (PVAc latex) that was used traditionally, resulting in improved shelf life of pulp works. All tests were done with white glue (PVAc latex) combined with PAM and PAE in the pulp processes which weremixed with 10%, 15%, and 20% of the amount of pulp. The various of properties have been tested in the hardness, density, bending, color, swelling and water absorption property of the pulp samples. The results showed that 10% PAM and PAE which performed better properties in the hardness and flexibility than 20% PAVc pulp. The water absorption rates of PAM and PAE were tested with the aging test and the results showed that the decrease was not significant and superior in equal proportions PAVc pulp. The various properties tests were obtained that added PAM and PAE were better than PAVc. With the modified pulp material, more shaping techniques could improve the properties. However, the hardness of the pulp material has been enhanced which would allow a broader field for pulp sculpture and more fans to popularize.
