實驗環境下家蠅 Musca domestica (Diptera: Muscidae) 新誘餌之開發

Development of New Bait for Housefly, Musca domestica (Diptera: Muscidae), under Laboratory Conditions

摘要


本研究在實驗室條件下對於家蠅(Musca domestica)對不同顏色餌的偏好進行評測。研究有測試無有效成分(AI)的餌,共有6種顏色(藍,白,黃,紅,紫,綠)。結果發現最優選的顏色為藍色(吸引蒼蠅的百分比為7.55, 20.29, 30.22, 及36.45),再來是白色和黃色,而紅色、紫色和綠色對家蠅的吸引力較低。同樣,在考慮探知時間時,家蠅探知藍色餌的速度較快,總共花費0.46分鐘。家蠅吃藍色餌的量也多於紅色紫色和綠色的。在察看各種餌上的家蠅總數時,藍色餌上的家蠅量共3.330公克,也顯著多於紅色、紫色和綠色的。同樣,用有效成分(5%硼酸)來評測不同顏色的餌時,趨勢與無有效成分的餌是一樣的。在評測兩個不同顏色餌(藍色、白色;10%硼酸)所產生的死亡率時,含有10%硼酸的藍色餌殺死家蠅的速度最快(吸引蒼蠅的百分比為3.48, 11.20, 15.66 及 18.90)。把白色和藍色的餌(占百分之17.99) 相較於市上的餌(Quickbayt)時,本研究發現對於死亡率而言,市上的餌的效果較快。不過,過了72小時之後,該餌的吸引力變小,而其與本研究所製造的藍色餌產生的死亡率變得比較相近,占百分之24。本研究發現,在偏好 性、死亡率的方面上,藍色餌效率高。

The preferences of different color lures were evaluated against domestic fly, Musca domestica Linnaeus, under laboratory conditions. Six lures of different color without active ingredient (AI) were used (blue, white, yellow, red, purple and green). The results showed that blue lure was the most preferred on the four evaluation time (7.55, 20.29, 30.22, and 36.45 % of flies attracted) followed by white and yellow lures, while red, purple and green lures were the least attractive for houseflies. Similarly, when the detection time was evaluated, blue lures were detected faster by houseflies in (0.46 minutes). Houseflies also consumed significantly more blue lure (0.330 gm) than red, purple and green baits. Similarly, when three baits of different colors were evaluated with AI (5% boric acid), the same trends were observed as without AI. When the total number of houseflies was observed in the different baits used de and four time evaluation, the blue bait attracted significantly more flies (3.48, 11.20, 15.66 and 18.90 % flies attracted) than the red, purple and green baits. When the mortality of housefly caused by two different baits (Blue and White 10% boric acid) was observed, the blue bait with 10% boric acid was the fastest bait to kill houseflies among the baits tested LT50 (17.99 %). As for the comparison of the blue and white bait with commercial bait (Quickbayt) it was found that the commercial bait had a faster effect in terms of mortality LT50 (24%) however after 72 hours the bait ceased to be attractive showing similar mortality data with the created blue bait. From the results of the study, it was found that the blue bait was efficient bait in terms of preference and mortality to housefly.
