女同志於生活現身經歷之探討

摘要

本研究之目的有五點，分別是:一、瞭解女同志的自我認同與性別角色於生活經歷中之差異及關係；二、瞭解女同志在現身後對生涯規劃之影響；三、瞭解女同志現身對於生活的影響與結果；四、探討女同志對於社會資源與服務之認知與關係；五、探討社會對同志的友善程度對女同志之影響。使用質性半結構式訪談9位女同志及1位助人工作者，共計訪談10位受訪者。
本研究發現女同志性別角色的不同，在生活中的經歷會有差異，年輕世代的女同志不論是向家人或他人現身，接納程度較高，現身後所帶來的影響與關係為正向居多；從生涯規劃層面發現不會再輕易妥協家人的要求，認為要掌握自己的人生的選擇權；在女同志社群連結與接觸同志的社福機構的認知與關係中，發現女同志社群對自己所掌握的求助資源、資訊普遍不足，有幾項衡量因素影響女同志接觸同志的社福機構，有些同志機構因此會針對女同志的社群文化做服務內容的調整。部分有社會工作系教育背景的女同志亦發現在助人工作系所中，仍經歷教師及同學對同志的負面態度。然而社會環境對同志友善程度會影響女同志現身與向外求助的意願。

The purpose of this study include five items: First, to understand the differences and relationships between lesbian self-identification and gender roles in life experiences; Second, to understand the impact of lesbians on career planning after coming out; Third, to understand the impact and results of lesbians' coming out on life;; Fourth, to explore the lesbians' perceptions and relationships about social resources and services; Fifth, to explore the influence of social comrades' friendliness on lesbians. A total of ten interviewees were interviewed by qualitative semi-structured interviews with nine lesbians and one social worker.
This study finds that the lesbian gender roles are different, and the experiences in life will be different. The lesbians of the younger generation, whether they are present to their families or others, have a higher degree of acceptance, and the influence and relationship brought about by the coming out are positive. From the perspective of career planning , the lesbians of the younger generation will not easily compromise from their family’s requirements and they believe that they have to insist on their own life choices. In the cognition and relationship between the lesbian community and the social welfare organizations that contact comrades, we find that the lesbian community is on their own. The resources and information available are generally inadequate. There are several measures that affect the social welfare institutions in which lesbians are exposed to comrades. Some comrades will therefore adjust the service content of the lesbian community culture. Some lesbians with educational backgrounds in the social work department also found that in the help-work department, they still experienced negative attitudes of teachers and classmates to them. However, the social environment's loyalty to comrades will affect the willingness of lesbians to come out and seek help.
