放射科系學生人格特質與職涯承諾之關係探討

摘要

本研究以專科學校醫學影像暨放射技術科五年級即將畢業學生為對象，由人格特質、職業承諾及生涯承諾等方面著手，加以深入剖析探究。探討人格特質對職業承諾及生涯承諾的影響；和職業承諾對生涯承諾的影響。本研究利用問卷調查法，以立意取樣的方法發出61份問卷，共回收有效樣本 61 份。將資料以描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析進行統計分析，整理結果如下：
一、 整體人格特質對職業承諾的影響達顯著性。
二、 人格特質「和善性」向度對職業承諾的影響呈顯著性，為正相關。
三、 人格特質「開放性」向度對職業承諾的影響呈顯著性，為負相關。
四、 整體人格特質對生涯承諾的影響未達顯著性。
五、 職業承諾對生涯承諾的影響達顯著性。
六、 整體人格特質對『職涯承諾』的影響達非常顯著。
七、 人格特質「和善性」向度對『職涯承諾』的影響達顯著。
最後，將本研究結果提供給放射科系教師做參考，藉由認知學生的人格特質，期許老師能更有依據引導學生學習，學生能及早認識自己，進而對其日後的職業規劃與生涯規劃有正面的助益。

This research focuses on the students who are graduating from the fifth grade of the medical imaging and radiology department of the technical college, starting from the aspects of personality characteristics, career commitment and career commitment, and conducts in-depth analysis and exploration. Discuss the impact of personality characteristics on career commitment and career commitment; and the impact of career commitment on career commitment. This study used questionnaire survey method and sent out 61 questionnaires using the method of intention sampling. A total of 61 valid samples were collected. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, single-sample t test, single-factor variance analysis and regression analysis. The results are as follows:
1. The impact of overall personality traits on professional commitment is significant.
2. The dimension of personality traits "harmony" has a significant impact on professional commitment and is positively correlated.
3. The "openness" dimension of personality traits has a significant impact on career commitment and is negatively correlated.
4. The influence of overall personality traits on career commitment is not significant.
5. Career commitment has a significant impact on career commitment.
6. The overall personality traits have a significant impact on "career commitment".
7. The personality trait "harmony" has a significant impact on "career commitment".
Finally, the results of this research are provided to teachers of the Department of Radiology as a reference. By cognizing the personality traits of students, it is hoped that teachers will be able to guide students with more evidence, so that students can get to know themselves as soon as possible, and then have a better understanding of their future career planning and career planning.
