本研究以專科學校醫學影像暨放射技術科五年級即將畢業學生為對象,由人格特質、職業承諾及生涯承諾等方面著手,加以深入剖析探究。探討人格特質對職業承諾及生涯承諾的影響;和職業承諾對生涯承諾的影響。本研究利用問卷調查法,以立意取樣的方法發出61份問卷,共回收有效樣本 61 份。將資料以描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及迴歸分析進行統計分析,整理結果如下: 一、 整體人格特質對職業承諾的影響達顯著性。 二、 人格特質「和善性」向度對職業承諾的影響呈顯著性,為正相關。 三、 人格特質「開放性」向度對職業承諾的影響呈顯著性,為負相關。 四、 整體人格特質對生涯承諾的影響未達顯著性。 五、 職業承諾對生涯承諾的影響達顯著性。 六、 整體人格特質對『職涯承諾』的影響達非常顯著。 七、 人格特質「和善性」向度對『職涯承諾』的影響達顯著。 最後,將本研究結果提供給放射科系教師做參考,藉由認知學生的人格特質,期許老師能更有依據引導學生學習,學生能及早認識自己,進而對其日後的職業規劃與生涯規劃有正面的助益。
This research focuses on the students who are graduating from the fifth grade of the medical imaging and radiology department of the technical college, starting from the aspects of personality characteristics, career commitment and career commitment, and conducts in-depth analysis and exploration. Finally, the results of this research are provided to teachers of the Department of Radiology as a reference.
