無線環境監測系統研發與乳牛泌乳量分析

摘要


當今台灣社會人口老化逐年上升,高勞力傳統產業就業人口大幅下降,在農業和畜牧業就業人口銳減尤為嚴重,為此本實驗將以無線通訊為架構建置一套環境監測系統,此系統具備以下四個主要功能,一為環境物理量感測功能;二為無線數據之通訊功能;三為簡易且直觀之監測介面;四為數據擷取和保存功能,經由無線監測系統感測環境物理量,系統所採集之數據將透過體感熱指數公式運算,並配合屏東科技大學畜牧系所提供之泌乳量做進一系列探討,透過泌乳量與季節分析、中度熱緊迫狀態下泌乳量和溫溼度分析等,本實驗發現泌乳量與溫溼度指數有明顯反比關係,而在不同季節下泌乳量受環境影響程度也有所差異,尤其在中度熱緊迫高溫狀態下泌乳量減少更為嚴重,為此本系統往後將導入控制系統,基於本研究所分析之結果進行更精準的環境控制,將牛舍控制於適合泌乳之環境,達到農產品質提升且產量增加之目的。

Nowadays, Taiwan's social population is aging year by year, and the sharp decline in employment in agriculture and animal husbandry is particularly serious, therefore, this experiment will build an environmental monitoring system based on wireless communication. The system has the following four main functions, first is the environmental physical quantity sensing function; second is the wireless data communication function; third simple and intuitive monitoring interface; the last is the data capture and save function. The system collects data through the wireless monitoring system to sense the physical quantity of the environment, data will be calculate through the sensible heat index formula, and comparison with the milk production provided by the Animal Science Department of Pingtung University of Science and Technology. Through a series of discussions, like through milk production and seasonal analysis, analysis of the effect of moderate heat stress on milk production. This experiment found the amount of lactation has a significant inverse relationship with THI, and amount the lactation in different seasons is also affect by the different degree of impact, especially in the state of moderate heat stress, the milk yield is more serious. The system will be introduce into the control system in the future, based on the results of the analysis, the research for more precise environmental control, the cowshed will be controlled in a suitable environment for lactation, and the quality of agricultural products will be improved and the output will be increased.
