企業防災推動策略與成效評估

企業防災所包含之範圍非常廣泛，從小範圍之企業自助型防救災工作，到大範圍之企業與周邊區域互助型防救災合作，甚至為企業協助或分擔國家防救災相關事項等。本研究目標為屏東內埔工業區，企業防災推動機制以企業自助型防救災工作為範圍，針對其各項災害防救工作要領提出應對計畫與評估方法。透過企業防災之問卷調查分析結果顯示，整體目標達成度為95%，故整體目標達成度分析甚佳符合預期目標。由平均值及離散值綜合評估判斷結果顯示，內埔工業區填卷人對於自我防災知能的提升普遍都是非常重視的。

Enterprise disaster prevention covers a wide range of areas, from small-scale enterprise self-help disaster relief work, to a wide range of enterprises and surrounding areas of mutual assistance-type disaster prevention and relief cooperation, and even for enterprises to assist or share national disaster prevention and disaster relief-related matters. The objective of this study is Pingtung Naipo Industrial Zone, enterprise disaster prevention promotion mechanism to enterprise self-help prevention and relief work as the scope, for its various disaster prevention and rescue work key points to put forward the response plan and assessment methods. The results of the survey on enterprise disaster prevention show that the overall target reach is 95%, so the overall target achievement analysis is very good in line with the expected target. The results of the comprehensive assessment of average and discrete values show that the filling of paper in the Inner Po Industrial Zone is generally very important to the improvement of self-prevention knowledge.
