循環經濟是近年來新興的議題,產品從原料取得、加工到消費過程盡量利用及其高值化則是其基本要義。水產加工副產物佔原料魚相當比例,具豐富營養成份,卻主要作為下雜料、飼料原料或低價出售。魚頭與魚鱗均富含鈣質,可以作為各年齡層鈣質補充原料,但因體積大,加工與流通不易,附加價值並不高,缺乏加工設備開發與製程設計是影響產業供應鏈主要因素。本研究以石斑魚頭與魚鱗多元加工利用為對象,設計骨肉分離、魚頭骨、魚頭肉、魚鱗等系列性製程,從副產物附加價值創造,提升整體產業層次。本研究使用的魚頭骨粉末化設備具有升溫、升壓、恆溫、恆壓、時間及記錄控制系統模組,可以完成魚頭骨粉末化目標,並且作為後續投資評估分析之依據。
Circular economy is a new issue which aimed at the meaning of high valuation on products formulation regarding to material acquisition, manufacturing, and consumer end. Aquaculture by-products from manufacturing process are embodied rich nutrition but usually used as miscellaneous materials and feeding food for animals, or sold by lower prices. Fish bones/scales are full of calcium appropriated as nutritional supplements for all age layers. However their value-added in the market were insignificant because of huge pattern and difficulties in manufacturing and distribution. As such a creative invention on manufacturing equipment and process for value-added market-end is required. By using aquaculture gropers as the implementation case, this study aims at the use of fish bone/scales by designing a series of manufacturing processes in which devices related to bone and meat separation, and in subsequence of utilization on fish by-products. The powder equipment is devised and experimented to create value for fish bone/scales utilization in terms of calcium supplement materials. Device designs considered in the powder equipment systems are control of warming and constant temperatures, boosting and constant pressures, time, and functions recording. The equipment and experimental results in this study can significantly boost the competition advantage for aquaculture industry and provide the health calcium materials for people.
