水產品加工後會產生約30-60%的副產物,當中富含豐富鈣、磷、鎂、鋅等微量元素與人體骨骼組成相近,過去魚類加工副產物多作為下雜料或直接丟棄少有其他應用,目前因相關製備技術不成熟,只有少數廠商願意投入研究及開發,且目前並無專業工廠或專門生產線,使副產物能妥善的利用,如此龐大的水產副產物去處也成為一個重要的議題。本研究以協助加工廠建立深加工製程及副產物產線場域之設施規劃,並使用FlexSim軟體進行產線生產模擬,提供產線設計建議,協助案例公司建置副產物深加工產線,將石斑魚加工後的魚頭和魚鱗製作成骨粉及鱗粉,建立出一創新的水產加工型態,提升原加工廠內水產副產物的利用率與利用價值,達到循環經濟之效益。
Byproducts generated from aquaculture processing are substantially up to 30-60% and most of them are full of rich calcium and nutrition compounds required for each growth layer. However, those byproducts are used as feeding additives or evenly discarded due to technological gaps and inefficient processes. Regarding the issue of aquaculture by-products, a manufacturing process is designed and the critical equipment in terms of autoclave for making bone powder is invented and its effectiveness is required to determine. This study aims at the facility planning of deep processing for byproducts manufacturing. In association to powder products, the FlexSim software is used to simulate production line by using the parts of grouper head and scale. Significant results obtained in this study include the design of production line preparation in sequence of deep processing for byproducts, and powder operations for grouper head and scale in sequence of meat processing. efficiently, a creative manufacturing pattern for aquaculture processing byproducts in association to circular economy can be erected by using this systems simulation.
