In association with creative benefits for each entity, the concept of agricultural circular economy is to decrease inadequate feeding addition or medicines during aquaculture processes and then formulate a health circulation in the agriculture supply chain. Regarding the circular economy, the use of intelligent devices to construct a friendly aquaculture environment with effectiveness is required. This study aims at the goal of a friendly-sustainable aquaculture environment in which the investment feasibility of intelligent and monitoring devices is analyzed. The grouper aquaculture is implemented as the case to evaluate the benefit effectiveness for traditional and intelligent aquaculture patterns and for valuing the feasibility of circular economy in investment decision making as well. Results obtained in this study can be used to boost health and intelligent aquaculture in the aspect of cost effectiveness on circular economy.
