台灣每年加工許多水產品,殘存的副產物卻無有效利用。本研究導入循環經濟,建立深加工系統,利用深加工過程所產出之產品,提升產業競爭優勢。深加工與一般傳統生鮮加工型態有所不同,需考量不同的成本效能。本研究建立與整合養殖水產深加工系統,利用實際實驗設計深加工製程,蒐集相關成本資料及數據,建立多目標數學規劃模式,以生產總成本及生產總時間最小化為目標。顧及深加工作業不確定因素對目標與參數變動之影響,進一步建構模糊多目標規劃模式,分析模式參數的適用性,並進行模式測試及重要參數之敏感度分析,取得滿意之結果,本研究模糊多目標模式可做為後續研究之參考。
There are huge by-products produced from manufacturing fish process but most of them were discarded in Taiwan yearly. Regarding the cost-effectiveness on viewpoint of circular economy, this article initially presents a multiple objective linear programming model (MOLP) in which deep processing of aquaculture with by-products is integrated. Regarding to the uncertainty of parameters related to objective functions, a fuzzy multiple objective linear programming model (FMOLP) is also formulated to analyze the model suitability and sensitivity.
