美容產業招募甄選指標建構之研究

摘要


本研究旨在建構美容產業招募甄選指標,並探討美容產業招募甄選指標中各層面指標的重要性。本研究共採用三個階段進行研究,第一階段透過文獻分析歸納;第二階段實施訪談調查法並採用研究者自編之半結構式問卷訪談10位專家;第三階段採用研究者自編之「美容產業招募甄選指標意見調查表」作為研究工具,邀請20位專家實施意見調查,並運用模糊德菲法分析。根據上述方法,本研究之研究結果如下: 一、美容產業招募甄選指標包含3大構面項目、19項構面指標、81項指 標題項。 二、美容產業招募甄選指標構面項目包含「技能與知識」、「溝通與協 調」、「態度與價值觀」,其中以「態度與價值觀」構面項目重要 程度較高。 三、美容產業招募甄選指標共19項構面指標,其中以「敬業熱忱」構面 指標重要程度較高。 四、在構面項目「技能與知識」中包含26個題項,其中以美容產業招募 甄選指標題項「A1-1具備美容相關基礎能力」在所有指標中之重要 性程度最高。 五、在構面項目「溝通與協調」中包含22個題項,其中以美容產業招募 甄選指標題項「B2-1良好之溝通能力」重要程度較高。 六、在構面項目「態度與價值觀」中包含33個題項,其中以美容產業招 募甄選指標題項「C5-3遵守商業道德行為」、「C6-4同理心對待顧 客」、「C7-1熱愛從事之工作」、「C7-2對工作充滿熱情」、「C7-5 對工作認真負責」重要程度較高。 本研究論文所建構之美容產業招募甄選指標,提供給後續欲聘用美容從業人員之企業作為參考。

This study aimed to construct the recruitment indices for the beauty industry and examine the importance of each index in relevant recruitment. This study included the following three stages, with the first stage focusing on synthesizing previous studies, the second stage having the self-developed semi-structured interview on 10 experts, and the third stage adopting the self-developed “Questionnaire of Recruitment Indices for the Beauty Industry” to collect opinions from 20 experts. The Fuzzy Delphi Method was employed for data analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The recruitment indices for the beauty industry included three major items, 19 indices, and 81 options. 2. The three major items included “skills and knowledge”, “communication and coordination”, and “attitude and values”, among which “attitude and values” was relatively essential. 3. Among the 19 indices, “dedication and enthusiasm” was relatively important. 4. Among the 26 options included in “skills and knowledge”, “A1-1 Having basic knowledge of cosmetology” was the most important option. 5. Among the 22 options included in “communication and coordination”, “B2-1 Having good communication skills” was more important than the others. 6. In “attitude and values”, 5 options out of 33 were more important, including “C5-3 Following business ethics”, “C6-4 Treating customers with empathy”, “C7-1 Loving the job with passion”, “C7-2 Having a passion for work”, and “C7-5 Being earnest about and responsible for work”. It is hoped that the recruitment indices for the beauty industry constructed in this study serve as references for companies in employee recruitment.
