摘要


本研究為利用軟體VIC-3D發展一套用於實驗模態分析之教材。有別於業界所使用的振動試驗方法,不需要與待測物進行直接性的接觸,是為非接觸式全場位移及應變量測系統。本研究只需透過攝影機、電源供應器、喇叭以及客製軟體等,將喇叭通電時之振動結果取像,並利用VIC-3D進行分析及可獲得振動模擬結果。透過將一系列操作過程給程序化,並且針對所遇到的問題去進行細節的探討。使得學生在學習實驗模態分析的振動問題過程中,能夠有效且快速的學習及操作熟悉。

This research is to use the software VIC-3D to develop a set of teaching materials for experimental modal analysis. Unlike the vibration test method used in the industry, it does not require direct contact with the object to be measured. It is a non-contact full-field displacement and strain measurement system. In this study, only the camera, power supply, speaker, and custom software are needed to take the vibration results of the speaker when it is powered on, and use VIC-3D to analyze and obtain the vibration simulation results. By programming a series of operating procedures and discussing the problems encountered in detail. It enables students to learn and operate familiarly and effectively in the process of learning the vibration problems of experimental modal analysis.
