具碳稅與回收品品質考慮之最佳生產及再製生產策略

摘要


由於溫室效應對於全球生態環境及氣候的負面影響越來越嚴重。因此各國政府相繼提出碳稅與碳限額等法規以減少碳排放量的產生。另外,地球資源因人類不斷的耗用而日益匱乏,致使企業的生產資源取得成本不斷攀升。如何將資源進行回收再利用也是企業面臨的重要課題。因此本研究將循環經濟中的資源回收再利用與碳稅議題相結合,進行生產廠商的最佳新品生產與回收再製生產策略訂定之研究。研究中透過模式推導以及演算法之設計,進行生產廠商最佳新品生產次數與批量以及回收再製生產次數、批量與最佳的回收品質與價格的訂定。本文也以實際案例進行數值範例說明,並針對重要參數對決策變數與總生產成本之影響進行敏感度分析。最後,本文也提出簡單易用的決策支援系統供業者使用,藉以提升本文之應用價值。

Regarding the issue of warming effect, series of carbon tax and regulations to reduce carbon dioxide emissions are conducted and therefore enterprises must consider possible mitigation methods to comply the governmental policies worldwide. In addition, manufacturing costs are continually increasing due to resource depletion and shortage. As such, how to reuse resource becomes an issue in business operations. In association with circular economy in this study, two optimal models derivation with algorithms are developed to deal with the issue on reverse logistics with remanufacturing and tax of carbon dioxide emissions. Factors considered in this study include carbon tax, quality of recycled products, order frequency of new products, setting of price and quality, and their effect interaction. Two numerical examples are experimented to confirm the models applicability and sensitivity analyses are conducted to test the variation effect of critical parameters on total costs. Also two simple but easy use systems are provided in making decisions.
