近年臺灣糧食的來源與生產方式成為民眾主要關心的重點,工業化的糧食產銷方式造成人類健康及生態環境等諸多問題,讓民眾紛紛意識到糧食安全的重要性,對農業的認知已逐漸翻轉,對於農產品來源控管與飲食安全的要求也日益提昇。本研究利用修正式德菲技術(Modified Delphi Method, MDM)及模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Precess, FAHP)探討食農教育體驗活動類型設計之目標,以及其重要選擇構面及選擇因素。結果顯示,食農教育體驗活動選擇構面以「體驗活動設計目的」最為重要,選擇因素前六名則以「親手製作」最為重要,依序為「樂趣參與型」、「地產地消」、「創新遊客溝通管道」、「感官體驗」及「活動內容」。為達成食農教育體驗活動類型設計之目標,建議政府及相關經營業者在進行體驗活動規劃及設計上,可參考重要選擇構面及因素,進而增加體驗活動內容的豐富度。
In recent years, Taiwan’s food sources and production methods have become the main concerns of the people. The industrialized food production and marketing methods have caused many problems in human health and the ecological environment, making the people aware of the importance of food security, and their understanding of agriculture has gradually turned over. The requirements for source control of agricultural products and food safety are also increasing. This research use Modified Delphi Method (MDM) and Fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Precess (FAHP) to explore the purpose of the type design of food and farming education experience activities in order to understand the important selection aspects and selection factors of it’s design. The results show that: the most important selection factors is based on the "experience activity design purpose ". For the top six selection factors, “hand-made” is the most important, followed by “funny game type”, “local consumption”, “innovative communication channels for tourists”, “sensory experience” and “activity content”. It is recommended that the government and related operators can refer to important selection aspects and factors to planning and design of experience activities to increase the experience activities.
