傳統經濟生產批量模式主要假設生產不具不良率且生產率為固定,但在實際生產的作業中,生產製程會出現各種不確定因素,導致不良品的產出,且生產之不良率也會因製程技術不同、產品組合、作業流程改善、累積產量與累積生產時間..等因素的不同而造成變動。本研究將針對學習曲線與不完美製程對經濟生產批量之問題探討,生產之不良率具學習效果,將多變數學習曲線之不良率導入傳統經濟生產批量,進行數學模式推導,以尋求最佳經濟生產批量之方法,本研究將研究結果與傳統之經濟生產批量比較,使研究能更深入了解學習曲線對經濟生產批量造成之影響,進而作為生產決策之參考。 關鍵字:不完美品質、學習效果、經濟生產批量。
The traditional Economic Production Quantity model mainly assumes that production does not have a defective rate. However, Defective product will appear in the production.
