示範教學與角色扮演教學法對學習成效之影響:美髮職訓課程為例

摘要


本研究主要探討示範教學與角色扮演教學法,應用於美髮職訓課程對學員學習成效之影響,以「屏東縣新娘秘書從業人員職業工會」的學員為對象, 實施四週後, 以 「教 師教學滿意度問卷」、「美髮課程 技能學習成效問卷」 、 「學員作品花絮賞析」、 「角色扮演學習單」、 「學員訪談」等 評估 資料進行分析。 研究結果發現: 壹、 學員的學習感受良好 經過幾周課程後,在教師示範教學與角色扮演教學法的引導下, 由「教師教學滿意度」問卷結果發現,學員對「我對教師的專業技能 與實務經驗感到滿意」、「整體而言,我對教師教學有很好的評價」滿 與實務經驗感到滿意」、「整體而言,我對教師教學有很好的評價」滿意度最高,可見學員的學習感受良好,有助於提高學習動機。意度最高,可見學員的學習感受良好,有助於提高學習動機。 貳、示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美髮職訓課程之成效良好示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美髮職訓課程之成效良好 研究發現研究發現示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美髮課程中,不示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美髮課程中,不僅僅有助於學員剪髮的專業知識與技能成長,有助於學員剪髮的專業知識與技能成長,透過角色扮演討論,也提升透過角色扮演討論,也提升學員面對顧客的溝通能力,學員面對顧客的溝通能力,因此因此示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美髮職訓課程髮職訓課程有助於提升學習成效有助於提升學習成效。。 最後依據上述的研究結果,提出示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用最後依據上述的研究結果,提出示範教學與角色扮演教學法應用於美髮職訓課程的相關建議,以作為未來相關研究之參考。於美髮職訓課程的相關建議,以作為未來相關研究之參考。

The study primarily explores the effects of applying demonstration teaching and role-playing teaching on the students’ learning achievements regarding occupational training programs for hairdressing. The subjects of the study are students of the “Pingtung County Wedding Planner Practitioner Occupational Union.” After four weeks of implementation, the study carried out an analysis based on the evaluation data obtained from the “teacher’s teaching satisfactory questionnaires,” “highlight appreciation and analysis on students’ works,” “role-playing worksheets,” and “students’ interview.” According to the studying results: 1. Students have positive learning experiences After weeks of programs, with the guidance under the demonstration teaching and role-playing teaching provided by teachers, the results of the questionnaires are as follows: students have the highest satisfaction in terms of the items “I feel satisfied by teachers’ professional skills and practical experiences” and “overall, I have favorable comments on teachers’ teaching”; therefore, students have positive learning experiences, which is beneficial for improving the learning motives. 2. Favorable achievements of applying the demonstration teaching and role-playing teaching on occupational training programs for hairdressing According to the study, applying the demonstration teaching and role-playing teaching on hairdressing programs not only helps the improvements in professional students’ hairdressing knowledge and skills but also reinforces students’ communication abilities when facing customers through the role-playing discussion; therefore, applying the demonstration teaching and role-playing teaching on occupational training programs is beneficial for improving learning achievements. In the end, based on the abovementioned studying results, the study proposed recommendations related to applying demonstration teaching and role-playing teaching on occupational training programs for hairdressing as a reference for relevant studies in the future.
