本研究「既有建築之綠建築指標改善策略研究」,內容係針對臺東市區既有之辦公廳舍,依據國內、外相關綠建築發展的文獻及國內既有辦公廳舍改善案例,運用專家評價法的德爾菲法以及層級分析法針對既有辦公廳舍改善指標與項目發展專家之問卷調查,建構綠建築指標之「改善項目」以及「權重值」,探討既有辦公廳舍綠建築指標之改善指標與策略的優先順序。 經研究結果得知: 一、由專家問卷調查結果,釐清專家對於臺東市區既有辦公廳舍在綠建築指標之改善指標與策略重要性的看法,透過共識性篩選並建立適切的既有辦公廳舍綠建築改善策略。 二、根據原始調查專家建立之權重值,全體專家對於第一層指標面向分析,優先決策前五項的權重值分別為『D日常節能指標』0.3888、『G室內環境指標』0.1424、『B綠化指標』0.1231、『H、I水資源及汙水改善指標』0.1222、『C基地保水指標』0.1168,因此,臺東市區既有辦公廳舍在綠建築指標首要改善為日常節能指標,更進一步探討以採用外牆遮陽、屋頂隔熱及外牆防熱施作等工法作為改善建築外殼,是達成既有建物綠建築日常節能指標最有效的策略。
This study is entitled “a study on the improvement of green building indicators for existing buildings”. Aimed at the existing office buildings in Taitung City, the study was based on the related domestic and foreign green building development literature and the improvement cases of existing domestic office buildings, where the expert evaluation methods of the Modified Delphi Method (MDM) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were applied to develop an expert questionnaire survey for the existing office building improvement indicators and projects, to construct "improvement projects" and "weight values" for green building indicators, and to investigate the priorities of existing office buildings in the aspects of green building improvement indicators and projects. The research results indicated that: 1. the results of the expert questionnaire survey clarified the views of experts on the importance of the existing office buildings in Taitung City in terms of improvement indicators and green building projects indicators, where appropriate strategies for improving existing office buildings and green buildings were established through a consensus screening strategy; 2. according to the weight values established by all the original survey experts, the weight values of the top five priority decisions in the analysis of the first-level indicator aspects are "D (daily energy saving indicators)" =0.3888, "G (indoor environmental indicators)" =0.1424, "B (green indicators)" =0.1231, "H, I (water resources and sewage improvement indicators)" = 0.1222, and "C (base water retention indicators)" = 0.1168. Therefore, in terms of the green building indicators of the existing buildings in Taitung City, the daily energy saving indicator is the primary one to be improved. A further investigation indicated that using construction methods of external wall shading, roof insulation, external wall heat insulation, etc. as the means to improve the building envelope is the most effective strategy to achieve the daily energy-saving indicator for existing buildings and green buildings.
