利用田口法探討銑削及搪孔加工圓孔真圓度之最佳化參數組合

An Investigation on Roundness of Hole by Milling and Boring for Combination of Optimum Parameters by Taguchi Method

摘要


本研究利用銑床執行銑削及搪孔加工鋁合金6061-T6,分別求得圓孔真圓度之最佳化參數組合。銑削時利用X軸與Y軸同動達到圓孔銑削,搪孔時則是利用夾具固定工件,使用單一刀刃的搪孔刀進行圓孔加工。實驗選用的參數為轉速、進給量及切深,並以田口法L16(43)直交表進行實驗規劃。加工後的圓孔使用真圓度測定機量測真圓度,分別得到最佳化參數組合。實驗結果得到銑削加工真圓度為3.071μm,搪孔加工的真圓度為2.991μm。然後依信噪比的優化分析進行關鍵因子的修正,再執行驗證實驗得到搪孔真圓度之平均值為2.901μm優於銑削之平均值3.043μm。田口法以求得最佳真圓度數據為目的,簡化繁瑣的實驗程序並依信噪比優化分析執行關鍵因子的修正。經驗證搪孔真圓度確實優於銑削之工法。在高量能負荷的汽機車及航太結構件產業中,相關活塞、軸承、機體加工技術領域,相信此驗證方法及數據結果一定能為研究者提供有效的研究支撐及參考。

In this study, milling and boring of aluminum alloy 6061-T6 were performed using a milling machine to obtain the optimized combination of roundness and roundness. When milling, the X-axis and Y-axis are used to achieve circular hole milling. When boring, the workpiece is fixed by a clamp, and a single-blade boring cutter is used for round hole machining. The parameters selected for the experiment were the rotational speed, the feed rate and the depth of cut, and the experimental planning was carried out by the Takou method L16(43) orthogonal table. The processed round holes are measured by the roundness measurement machine to measure the true roundness, and the optimized parameter combinations are respectively obtained. The experimental results show that the roundness of milling is 3.071μm, and the roundness of the boring process is 2.991μm. Then, according to the optimization analysis of the signal-to-noise ratio, the key factors are corrected, and then the verification experiment is performed to obtain the average value of the pupil roundness of 2.901 μm, which is better than the milling average of 3.043 μm. The Taguchi method aims to obtain the best roundness data, simplifying the cumbersome experimental procedure and optimizing the analysis of key factors in accordance with the signal-to-noise ratio. It has been verified that the roundness of the pupil is indeed better than the milling method. In the field of high-capacity steam locomotives and aerospace structural parts, related to piston, bearing and body processing technology, it is believed that this verification method and data results will provide effective research support and reference for researchers.
