The farmers associations that have been accompanied by farmers have faced unprecedented challenges and difficulties in the face of the pressure of trade liberalization and the government’s relaxation of import controls, making the farmers associations have to change their past business models. In the meantime, through the cooperation strategy, we can integrate resources, innovate in science and technology, promote agricultural upgrading, and ensure sustainable operations, so as to expand the development space for Taiwan's agriculture. This paper explores how the farmers' associations at various levels in Taiwan have become a hundred-year-old shop that has never been shaken after learning how to live in a changing environment. It also analyzes the theme of how the farmers association adjusts its management strategy in response to the competition in the larger environment. For example, the Changzhi Farmers' Association made use of document analysis, participated observation, and SWOT analysis to assist decision makers in making objective decisions through business, marketing, research, and research organizations. Management to increase the competitiveness of the farmers association. As a result, it was found that the Changzhi Farmers' Association was relatively incompetent because of the management of the Association itself and the horizontal management communication with the farmers. In the article, it is proposed to strengthen education and training of farmers' associations, communication between farmers' associations and farmers, etc. It can create a win-win situation for farmers in the farmers' association.
