車輛狀態的衰退是無法避免的，要確保良好的車輛運作狀態，必須以動態式預防性的角度進行保養，唯有確實掌握車輛狀態，才能最適切地執行保養本研究旨在運用失效模式與效應分析（Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,FMEA）系統方法，評估失效風險優先數（Risk Priority Number, RPN），提出一套預防措施、選出關鍵優先順序、研擬出預防維護保養對策，針對潛在可能出現的失效，預先做好防範措施。
最後，本研究實證結果發現，FMEA 發展出的動態式預防保養規劃運用於車輛維護保養確實能使預防機制發揮良好效益，減低失效風險，確保誤失獲得預防與改善。

The contents of abstract in this thesis：
It is an important concern for vehicles maintenance on how to avoid negative effects due to vehicles deteriorations and failures. Maintenance executed preventively is such a choice to maintain vehicles in proper operations. Hence, dynamic preventive maintenance policies can be realized or carried out.
The purpose of this study is applying the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) system method to evaluate the priority of failure risk (Risk Priority Number, RPN), working out the solutions of preventive measures, selecting priorities of improvement, developing preventive maintenance methods, that takes out and prevent possible failures effectively.
Finally, the results are shown the application of FMEA developed dynamic preventive maintenance program that was utilized in vehicle maintenance is able to not only reduce the risks of failure, but also ensure the errors being prevented and improved.
