目的:本研究旨在探討藉由10週運動課程對原住民年長者之工具性日常生活活動能力、功能性體適能與老年憂鬱之影響。方法:本研究以屏東縣三地門鄉青葉社區65歲以上老年人為對象,共有9名符合資格且有意願參與活動之老年人進行每週二次、每次50分鐘、持續10週之運動課程;課程前、後皆進行工具性日常生活活動能力、功能性體適能與老年憂鬱檢測。回收資料透過SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行分析,採次數分配表、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及相依樣本t檢定驗證研究假設。結果:透過每週二次、持續10週的運動訓練,可顯著改善老年人肱二頭肌曲舉測驗(t=-3.06)與雙手後背互扣(t=-3.16)皆有顯著差異(p<.05),亦能有效緩解老年人憂鬱(t=3.94)。結論:10運動訓練,可有效改善老年人的肌力、柔軟度與憂鬱情形。建議:持續每週運動2次以上,每次50分鐘以上的運動介入,對減緩老年憂鬱,功能性體適能之改善是可預期的。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ten-week old people’s ability on instrumental activities of daily living, functional fitness and the older melancholy. Methods: This study was conducted in Qingye Community, Sandimen Township, Pingtung County, with the participation of elderly people over 65 years of age. A total of 9 qualified and willing to participate in the activities of the elderly twice weekly exercise training courses about 50 minutes each for 10 weeks. Before and after the course, both of the instrumental life activity ability, functional fitness and old age depression test were performed. Retrieval data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0 for Windows, and the hypothesis was used to Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, dependent sample t-test were used. Results: Through twice-weekly, 10-week exercise training, can significantly improve the upper arm curl test of the elderly (t=-3.06) and upper back scratch test (t=-3.16) can be significantly improved (p<.05), In addition, it can also effectively improve the older melancholy of influence (t=3.94). Conclusion: Continuing more than two exercise sessions per week, each with more than 50 minutes of exercise intervention, can improve the depression of older people's depression. Obvious advances in functional fitness can be expected.
