The purpose of this study is investigating the influence of the chief leadership style of the fire department and internal morale on organizational climate.It’s taking the fire department of Pingtung County government belongs to the major, sub-units within the firefighters as the research object. It clarified the correlation between research variables through the relevant literature, research hypothesis and the establishment of research infrastructure using questionnaire survey to collect data. It also utilized SPSS statistical software to conduct data analysis. The results showed that: 1.There were differences existed of different personal characteristics variables of the firefighters towards the chief leadership style, organization climate and work morale 2.It was significantly correlated among the chief leadership style, organization climate and work morale. 3.The chief leadership style and organization climate have significant influences on firefighters work morale.
