摘要

本研究目的主要探討消防機關主管領導風格及組織氣候對內部士氣之影響性，並以屏東縣政府消防局所屬各大、分隊編制內消防人員為研究對象。
　　經相關文獻整理，建立研究假設與研究架構，並採問卷調查方式蒐集資料，同時以SPSS統計軟體，進行資料分析，逐步釐清研究變項間的關連性，驗證結果顯示：
1、不同個人特徵變項的消防人員對於主管領導風格、組織氣候以及工作
士氣存在差異情形
2、主管領導風格及組織氣候對消防人員工作士氣之間具有顯著相關。
3、主管領導風格及組織氣候對消防人員工作士氣均具有顯著影響。

The purpose of this study is investigating the influence of the chief leadership style of the fire department and internal morale on organizational climate.It’s taking the fire department of Pingtung County government belongs to the major, sub-units within the firefighters as the research object. 　
It clarified the correlation between research variables through the relevant literature, research hypothesis and the establishment of research infrastructure using questionnaire survey to collect data. It also utilized SPSS statistical software to conduct data analysis. The results showed that:
1.There were differences existed of different personal characteristics variables of the firefighters towards the chief leadership style, organization climate and work morale
2.It was significantly correlated among the chief leadership style, organization climate and work morale.
3.The chief leadership style and organization climate have significant influences on firefighters work morale.
