探討屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運關鍵因素

摘要

屏東縣原住民鄉鎮為咖啡主要的生產區，咖啡是非常具市場潛力的一種高經濟作物，由於咖啡價格高低差異性較大，咖啡豆販售從咖啡生果(咖啡櫻桃)、咖啡帶殼豆、咖啡生豆、咖啡熟豆、咖啡粉，但咖啡帶殼豆之價格卻不佳，盛產期間的差價更為明顯。本研究之研究結果分別為：

一、瞭解屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運概況。
二、運用層級分析法找出屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運關鍵因素。
三、研擬建議屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運與農政單位擬定策略之參考。

本研究參考歷年文獻歸納出合作社經營管理特性，經由德菲法尋求專家對咖啡的經營共識，屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運之關鍵成因素。

經本研究結果可得知，目前屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運運作方面非常重視，首先為：「市場發展」為最重要之關鍵因素，尤其在品牌創造構面下的「顧客滿意度」，其次為健全的組織運作，再者為提升經營收益，這些層面是現階段影響屏東縣原住民泰武咖啡生產合作社營運的重要關鍵點。

The indigenous township of Pingtung County is the main production area of coffee. Coffee is a high-economic crop with great market potential. Due to the high difference in coffee price, coffee beans are sold from coffee fruit (coffee cherry), coffee shell Beans, coffee green beans, coffee beans, coffee powder, but the price of coffee beans is not good, the difference during the abundance is more obvious. The research results of this study are:

1. understand the operation of the original resident Taiwu coffee production cooperative in Pingtung County.
2. use the AHP method to find out the key factors in the operation of the Ping-Tung Indigenous People’s Taiwu Coffee Production Co-operative.
3. research and development recommendations for Ping-Tung Indigenous People’s Taiwu Coffee Production Co-operative Operation and Agricultural Administration Units to formulate strategies.

This study refers to the characteristics of cooperative management and management in the past years, and seeks experts' consensus on coffee business through Delphi Method, and the key factors in the operation of Ping-Tung Indigenous People’s Taiwu Coffee Production Co-operative.

According to the results of this study, the current operation of the Ping-Tung Indigenous People’s Taiwu Coffee Production Co-operative is very important, first of all: how to plan and work together in detail; followed by sound organizational operations, and in order to improve operating income, The level is an important key point affecting the operation of the limited liability Ping-Tung Indigenous People’s Taiwu Coffee Production Co-operative in the current stage.
