古坑地區咖啡休閒產業競爭優勢關鍵成功因素與發展策略之研究

摘要

本研究欲探討古坑地區咖啡休閒產業競爭優勢的關鍵成功因素與發展策略，文中依據立意抽樣法選取問卷調查對象，並運用模糊德菲法與模糊層級分析法，逐步分析各個構面與評估準則間的權重關係。研究結果顯示，「政府政策的推動」、「景觀與生態資源的獨特性」、「經費補助的多寡」、「農業資源豐富程度」、「自然景觀的吸引力」、以及「遊程安排與規劃」等六項因素，為古坑地區咖啡休閒產業競爭優勢的關鍵成功因素。根據上述研究結果，本文擬定下列四點有關古坑地區咖啡休閒產業因應的發展策略：1．產官學持續推動及輔導產業發展2．維護自然景觀與生態資源3．拓展經費來源4．善用地區資源及提供配套旅遊行程。

This study used Fuzzy Delphi Method and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to derive key success factors (KSF) for competitive advantages in promotion of the coffee and leisure industry in Gukeng area, Development strategies are then formed based on our KSF. It adopted method of questionnaire survey and selected subjects based on judgment sampling, and analyzed the weights of the aspects and evaluation criteria. The results showed that factors of ”promotion by government policy”, ”uniqueness of scenery and ecological resources”, ”amount of funding”, ”richness of agricultural resources”, ”attraction of natural scenery”, and ”itinerary planning” are the key success factors to the coffee and leisure industry in Gukeng area. The following development strategies are suggested based on the above results: 1) produce the official study to impel and the counseling industry development continually; 2) maintain natural scenery and ecological resources; 3) seek funding; 4) make good use of the local resources and provides the necessary traveling schedule.
