應用IPA模式探討兒少安置機構休閒運動設施之需求-以高雄市某兒少安置機構為例

本研究目的旨在探討兒童及少年安置機構的安置對象以及服務人員對於機構內休閒運動設施需求的重要度與期望度之研究。研究對象為高雄市某兒少安置機構之收容院童以及院內工作相關服務人員，共計問卷調查數為院童77名，在職員工數35名，相關服務人員11名，總計123名。問卷回收後，透過SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行資料分析，主要以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、IPA矩陣分析進行分析研究。據研究結果發現：兒少安置機構對於休閒運動設施重要度前三名為「標準籃球場」(4.22)、「體適能(健身)中心」(4.14)、「綜合體育館」(4.07)。期望度前三名為「標準籃球場」(4.32)、「戶外體能遊戲區」(4.15)、「綜合體育館」(4.14)。研究者建議兒少安置機構相關單位能夠重視休閒運動的正向效益，在安置過程中提供運動指導專業人員之服務，這對兒少的身心健康發展以及創傷復原力都能夠有所助益。

The purpose of this study is to explore the importance and expectation of recreational facilities needs within the institution for placement cases and workers who live in the children and youth placement agency. The subjects of the study were 123 (the placement cases were 77, workers were 35,attendents were 11) . The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,one-way analysis of variance, IPA analysis (Important-Performance Analysis, IPA). The results were as follows: the top three importance for the leisure sports facilities are the “Standard Basketball Court” (4.22) ,the Fitness Center (4.14) and the “Comprehensive Gymnasium” (4.07). The top three expectation are "Standard Basketball Court" (4.32), "Outdoor Fitness Game Zone" (4.15) and "Comprehensive Gymnasium" (4.14). It is suggested that the authorities concerned put more emphasis on the benefits of recreational sports for children and youths in the placement institution.It is good for placement cases’ physical health, mental health and traumatic resilience by providing sports guidance during the resettlement period.
