本研究目的旨在探討樂齡學習中心學員其休閒活動參與動機、社會支持與生活滿意度之關係。問卷調查使用休閒活動參與動機量表、社會支持量表及生活滿意度量表,以高雄市樂齡學習中心學員為研究對象,以立意抽樣方法發放問卷320份,回收有效問卷298份,回收資料透過SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行資料分析,主要以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現:1.不同婚姻及不同自覺健康狀況的樂齡學習中心學員對生活滿意度有顯著差異;2.休閒活動參與動機與社會支持中的訊息支持、友伴支持、工具支持及情感支持呈現顯著正相關;3.休閒活動參與動機與生活滿意度中的對生活的熱衷程度、自我概念及情緒狀態呈現顯著正相關;4.社會支持與生活滿意度中的對生活的熱衷程度、自我概念及情緒狀態呈現顯著正相關;5.休閒活動參與動機與社會支持可以顯著預測生活滿意度。根據研究結果,建議政府永續開辦動態、靜態、知識性、操作性的課程,及互動式平台 (如:Line、Facebook) 以提高高齡者參與動機與凝聚力。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between motivation, social support and life satisfaction of participants in the Senior Learning Center. The questionnaires of the Leisure Activity Participation Motivation Scale, the Social Support Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale were used in this study.The research subjects were recruited from Senior Learning Center.320 questionnaires were distributed and 298 valid questionnaires were received. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and multiple hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. Findings from this study showed that: (1) Different marital status and different self-conscious health status had significant differences in life satisfaction; (2) The motivation of participation in leisure activities is significantly positively correlated with information support, friend support, tool support and emotional support in social support dimension; (3) The enthusiasm for life, self-concept and emotion in leisure activity participation motivation and life satisfaction are significantly positively correlated; (4) Social support and life satisfaction are significantly positively related to life enthusiasm, self-concept and emotional state; (5) Leisure activity participation motivation and social support can significantly predict life satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is recommended that government units continue to set up multi-learning courses, and interactive platforms (i.g.: line, Facebook) to improve the motivation and cohesion of senior citizens.
