Through the several qualitative analyses, the results of this thesis show that the organization model of ‘Take-Shoe-Off Tribe’ host family is from the traditional sharing spirit of Rukai tribes. Besides, this host family solves a lot of problems, such as the outflow of the labor force, problems of elderly people living alone, traditional culture missing. Furthermore, it increases more production capacity for the post-disaster reconstruction of permanent houses.
