高職學生健康行為自我效能、心理困擾程度與健康促進生活型態之相關探討-以屏東市某高職為例

A Correlational Study among Self-efficacy in Health Behavior, Psychological Distress and Health Promotion Lifestyle of Vocational Students- A Survey in One Vocational School in Pingtung City.

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討高職學生健康行為自我效能、心理困擾程度與健康促進生活型態之相關。問卷調查以屏東市某高職107學年度第2學期一至三年級的學生為對象,以分層比例抽樣方法發放問卷349份,回收338份,有效問卷336份,問卷有效率為99%。透過SPSS 18.0 for Windows進行資料分析,主要以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果:1.背景變項之父親健康狀況、母親健康狀況與健康促進生活型態達顯著差異。2.健康行為自我效能與健康促進生活型態有顯著正相關。3.心理困擾程度與健康促進生活型態有顯著負相關。4.研究對象之健康促進生活型態屬中上程度,六個層面中以「人際支持」最高,其次依序為「自我實現」、「營養」、「壓力處理」、「運動」,最低則為「健康責任」。5.健康行為自我效能及心理困擾程度可解釋健康促進生活型態52%總變異量,其中健康行為自我效能為最強之預測因子。研究者依據結果,建議學校體育教學可增加運動規劃及健康促進課程,結合健康中心辦理闖關活動,提升課程趣味性、增強學生自我效能及應用技巧;強化心理輔導服務,教導正念及壓力調適方法,以達學生身心健康。

The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation among self-efficacy in health behavior, psychological distress and the health-promotion lifestyle of vocational students. The subjects were Grade 1 to Grade 3 of the second semester of a 107-year vocaional school in Pingtung City. A total number of 349 questionnaires were distributed by stratified proportional sampling method, 338 copies were recovered, 336 valid questionnaires were collected with a valid response rate of 99%. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, independent samples t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 for Windows. The results were as follows: 1. There was significant differences in the father's health status, mother's health status and health promotion lifestyle. 2. There was significant positive correlation between self-efficacy in health behavior and health promotion lifestyle. 3. There was significant negative correlation between psychological distress and health promotion lifestyle. 4. The health promotion lifestyle of the subjects was moderate to good. The "interpersonal support" is the highest among the six dimension, followed by "self-actualization", "nutrition", "stress" management" and "exercises", the lowest is "health responsibility" 5. The self-efficacy in health behavior and psychological distress combined could explain 52% of the total variance in health promotion lifestyle, and self-efficacy in health behavior is the strongest predictor. Based on the results, it is suggested that the authorities concerned add health promotion course in physical education, then combine the health center to carry out activities for strengthening students’ self-efficacy and developing a good health promotion lifestyle. To strengthen counseling services, practioners can enhance students’ physical and mental health by teaching mindfulness and coping with stress.
