本研究以資訊系統成功模式為基礎,期望藉由分析軍職人員使用購物網站,並評估其滿意度,以提供國防部福利事業管理處改善其購物網站之品質。主要分析結果為(1)使用購物網站的主要使用者以20~29歲專科或大學學歷之非主管職居多;(2)在滿意度差異性方面,20~29歲滿意度高於其他的使用者,居住中部地區滿意度高於其餘使用者,年收入70萬元~100萬元(不含)的使用者滿意度高於其餘使用者;(3)資訊系統成功模式評估購物網站使用者滿意度-「資訊品質」、「系統品質」及「服務品質」對「系統使用」及「使用者滿意度」有顯著的正向影響;「系統使用」對「使用者滿意度」有顯著的正向影響,結果均支持本研究架構。
This research is based on information system success model to analyze the satisfactory level of military personnel on online shopping website. The data will be provided to the General Welfare Service of Ministry of National Defense for future performance and quality optimization on their online shopping website. The main results of the research include the following: (1) majority of users are 20 to 29 years old with college of bachelor degrees and job positions of executive level, (2) regarding the satisfactory level in categories, age group of “20 to 29 years old” have the highest satisfactory level; user group that lives in South area of Taiwan have the highest satisfactory level in comparison to other regions in Taiwan; user group with “annual income of NT$700,000 to NT$999,999” is most satisfied; (3) the evaluation of the information systems success model shows that information quality, system quality, and service quality have positive effects in system usage and user satisfactory level, and system usage has positive effects in user satisfactory level. In conclusion, all results support the structure of the research.
